Tonic comes out the same time the monthly update + rewards points come. Which is 2 weeks after the mATS. 2nd week of each month.

actually every monthly tonic has come out on the first week on each month, or within 10 days. and its always on a thursday, with the exception of one month it was wednesday. with the time so close to the midnight and it almost being the 6th, maybe its a timed thing and wont start dropping until the 6th PST.

tonics always come out on the 2nd thursday of the month, at least the last many months it has.
