You should check some of my other posts out, especially those about seven heroes and so many more on other topics, then you'll understand that I'm not a classic fan boy. On the contrary, I'm very critical when it comes to ANet, as the standards are high. But at least be critical about something that matters when it comes to gameplay, balance, game mechanics and design, not a free gift at wintersday meant to have some more fun. There are other issues more important than this jingle bear. And yes, a stable is one of those things that can make this game better and I'm all for it. You see, stable is the key, not jingle bear.

You are absolutely right. I posted that in the heat of the moment, and I do apologize. You have to admit that there are plenty of fan boys around.
As to the stable, you are right again. That is the main problem with the Jingle Bear. It requires a person to give up something that they might be attached to in order to enjoy it. To me the idea of giving up my pet after so long is really just wrong. I know it is just pixels, but after having it for so long it feels more like a part of my character than any armor or weaponry.
The main reason I get so heated about this bear, I initially didn't post because I didn't want to sound like a conspiracy nut. To me making the mini polar bear big seems like Anet is saying that the community made a big deal out of the mini so here is your damn bear now shut up. Maybe they didn't mean it in a bad way, but it seems to me that they did. I admit that might not be right, and it might just have been them doing something nice.
As I pointed out on the another forum there are two parts of this chain that seem like Anet is talking about the players. The first is where you go through all the trouble to get the item for Gwen and she turns on you. To me that seemed way to much like the people at Anet saying "see how it feels to you when you do some work and the person you are trying to make happy turns on you and gripes." The second part is with the bear itself. Like I said it seemed like they were saying the community made a big deal out of something small. While the first I can kind of understand, the second I can not.
Anyway I am sorry about that comment, it was out of place and I really wish I hadn't made it. I just get aggravated with so many people getting mad over any criticism. Criticism isn't always fun, but without it where would we be? Probably still using refund points to change attributes. To the OP sorry for going off topic here. I promise not to hijack the thread anymore.
