tl;dr find a place in GW you like, and max it.

wait until you are also at 9999 sweet and 9999 party AND vanquishing your last area for Legendary Vanquisher (whatever Trail outside Shing Jea is best for this) or Legendary skill cap. Get all 4 at once. I got 3 of them at once several months ago before Party Animal got a global announcement.

well, if you're going to co-ordinate it this far, get your kurz up till it's only a book away till max and do that at the same time as well, technically if you load fast enough, you could get sweet drunk party, vanq for two, the continent and legendary, skill cap, for two legendary and a continent, and max kurz all within a minute.

not that many will care, but if anything is able to make a bunch of useless titles actually turn heads, it'll be that exact moment.

it'd just take coordination.
