I typically run the following with GW:

Winamp
Firefox with tabs open to guru, GW Wiki and Youtube
OR
Complete seasons of Good Eats or Monk playing in the background

Needless to say, I don't get on vent very often...

I wonder if there's a way to make it so you can launch GW into an internet browser. Then you're really set. None of this Alt+Tab.

I usually have music playing. The GW sounds/music get horribly repetative and boring after a while. I have all GW sounds turned off, and always listen to music while I play. If I'm not in the mood for music, I'll put in a movie or watch tv.

I usually run through a playlist in my iTunes. This seems to keep me entertained for the duration.

80GB iPod --> 50 GB of video --> 20+ movies and 5-8 seasons of my favorite shows --> 3.5mm to AV input cable --> win.

laptop + 42 in TV + internet radio = ADD patient's dream. My kid or hubby is usually playing video games and I.....oooh look! A shiny! BTW Sante, I loooove good eats too! I wanna be W when i grow up!

I run 2 screens on my desktop + my Laptop side by side. Across the 3 screens, GW will take up the centre one, otherwise I have:

PvE: 3-4 different chat programs (usually in 2 fairly inactive chatrooms and 1-2 individuals) + WinAmp + Vent (or a movie on the lappie if I'm feeling antisocial). Firefox/Opera on forums and auctions (for some reason I've found the auctions work better on Opera).

PvP: Vent, Forums for browsing between matches, sometimes WinAmp if I'm in that mood. I'm not great in PvP so shockingly I try to concentrate to not be so bad in the future.
