For me... any type of Mursatt. I just love them lol. I would love to see a Mursatt vs Margonite war.
Oni's are pretty badass too with that shriek of theirs.

Right now... Raptor Nestlings. I make bank on their carcasses, and they never leave that cave in Riven Earth... so much for the "intelligent dinosaur" theory...

Raptors being near-sapient is an urban myth. They were among the smarter dinosaurs, and possibly could have eventually evolved to sapience if given another forty million years or so, but compared to modern birds and mammals they probably weren't that smart. (Contemporary mammals, on the other hand...)
As for my favourite... probably the Titans. The process of slow dismemberment provides a nice change of pace from most enemies, even if it is frustrating when heroes, henchmen and, in the RoT, minions keep targetting the lower-priority forms despite target calls and thus allow the bottom-level forms to multiply.

Ensign Lumi in Nightfall, who tormented my Necromancer the whole time he was leveling on Istan.
I’ve made other characters in Nightfall and Ensign Lumi rarely spawns for them. Even now, when the Necromancer goes to visit Istan he spawns.
