Regina: just in passing, this technical problem is going to increase the number of Everlasting Searing Tonics people get this month, while there'll be less of the next Tonic. Not sure if it's good or bad, but you may want to mention it to the tech guys.

I signed in to find i had no points, went on my sisters account same thing there. This might sound like a stupid question but i'm not the only one without tornament points am i? and will my points get added later on?

Still havent gotten any of my points, When regina said in the original post anet was going to push another live build today did she mean today, or the 2nd update that happend after the first?

And as to all the people whining that the money that isnt/was never theirs is being rightfully took away, shut up plz.

eh we'll be saturated with them, this should reflect on how much you could buy one for, but knowing this community they are going to overpay just because it's a char.

Anyways related to the update released yesterday;

The new AT maps for GvG haven't kicked in yet. The descriptions for the new maps are present, but upon playing it's using the last months cycle of maps.

So I just logged in with my alt account, got my ZKeys, and did the daily zaishen NPC grind.

Logged back in with my main, and I'm getting nothing. Is this going to be fixed?

Hmm, I just did this last month too, on my main - problem is, the zunlai house seems pretty buggy. It's not obvious that you can even change the email address (it's all about new password). I changed the account email, but now it won't let me log in with new email... pretty lame.

I suspect there will be issues with removing points wrongly. Call it a hunch..

Also, can they introduce a system to subtract the owed reward points from RP's earned in other ways? Or possibly, to pay it back in Z-keys at 1 zkey per 5 RP?

Just a thought, since I'd buy a load of cheap keys now to pay it back next month.... or sell them then when the price is up again.

Thank you for the prompt response. I'll have to set up five separate service accounts and submit five separate requests for z-key distribution reviews for the past three months on all five separate family accounts. I do hope all the Guild Wars players everywhere world wide have the opportunity to do the same and it does not cause any difficulty for the customer service department to process everyone individually.

I recieved extra points this month and have no problem with paying them back next month. It was a simple mistake it seems. However, there have been a few times i have clicked on the XTH and have been granted more points days, even weeks, later. I have also made predictions exactly the same as guild mates (our whole alliance does this together) and we sometimes have all gotten different amounts of keys, or none at all, as well. Sometimes the extra keys have added up to what the rest of my mates recieved. So how are we to know what we really should be getting and what is an Anet mistake? So the comment about everyone "frantically" running over to the agent is a rather snotty way of putting it and shouldve been left out of the announcement all together. It implies that the community was trying to cheat Anet instead of possibly believing Anet had made a mistake in their previous amount of points awarded. (It was already widely known what RAWR/ ZERO had done, and that maybe they had been disqualified changing the results.) I dont appreciate that comment much at all Ms. Regina and in the future I would recommend you leave comments such as that out of your announcements because you have already offended me.

They have been awarding these points for over a year now and still can't seem to get a working system. In fact, this is the first month my 2 accounts ever received the same amount of points even though I have always made the exact same prediction on both.

And it doesn't matter what predictions I make, the one account always receives exactly 80 points.

How are we supposed to know the correct amount of points we are supposed to receive if ANet can't even figure it out?

So, I agree, Regina, admit you guys made a mistake, take back the mistaken points, but leave the snottiness out of your posts in the future at least until you get things straightened out at your end.
