i tried searching this and didnt find anything so if i missed something im sorry, and i prob did since this is a simple question

i know i go about getting the reward by talking to the [Tournament] guy but exactly what do i do? im not even sure if points were distributed to everyone but because of the glitch or w/e i didnt get them? if im wrong when does the tourny even end cause i havnt been able to figure it out and either it just isnt told or i have somehow managed to look it over and not notice multiple times.

Xunlai Tournament House
The Xunlai Tournament House is a feature on the official website that allows players to make predictions about upcoming tournaments and earn prizes! It's a way to be involved in the tournaments even when you are not fighting in them.

How To Play

* Log in at the Xunlai Tournament House to enter the Predict the Current Monthly Championship Winner's contest or to register for a free account. Once logged in you can:

Make 1v1 predictions
Make GvG predictions
Manage your account

* Make Your Predictions by dragging the names from the Potential Winners list into the Winning Positions boxes (drag who you think will come in 1st place into the 1st place box, who you think will come in 2nd into the 2nd place box, etc). The object of the contest is to predict the final results of the Current Monthly Championship Playoffs. When finished placing names in the Winning Positions boxes, click the Save My Predictions button to enter your selections.

* To make changes to your existing predictions, log in to your prediction page again. You may make changes and click the Save My Predictions button. You can return to make changes to your predictions at any time before the contest ends. (see the Xunlai Tournament House Rules for the current contest beginning and ending dates)

Walkthrough

You will earn prediction points according to the following:

5 prediction points for every name listed in its exact top 8 position (WIN)
3 points for any prediction off by 1 position (PLACE)
2 points for predictions off by 2 positions (SHOW)
1 point if a prediction is off by 3 or more positions but that name still made the top 8 (LIST)

Tournament Reward Points

You win Tournament Reward Points based upon the number of prediction points you earn. Talk with the Xunlai Tournament Agent in-game to claim your Tournament Reward Points. The Xunlai Tournament Agent will appear in-game within 30 days of the completion of the Current Monthly Championship. You will have 30 days after this in-game NPC appears to collect your prizes. All rewards not collected within this time will be forfeit.

Prizes

Participants can win a number of Tournament Reward Points based upon the number of prediction points they earn. Specific details are found on each prediction page.

* Tournament Reward Points are permanent (for the duration of the account) and can be spent on in-game prizes (which have no retail value).

Note: Once you claim your Tournament Reward Points from the Xunlai Tournament Agent, they are permanent for the duration of the account.

General Conditions

One entry per Guild Wars account.
Eligibility (age): North American contestants must be 13 years of age or older as of September 1, 2008. Due to legal requirements, European contestants must be 18 years of age or older, or have a parent or guardian enter in the minor's name.
Eligibility (exclusions): Employees of ArenaNet Inc., NCsoft Europe Ltd., and NCsoft Corporation (collectively, "Sponsor"), and each of their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, representatives, advertising, promotion and publicity agencies and members of the immediate families (defined as parents, children, siblings and spouse, regardless of where they reside) or households of such employees are not eligible.
Prize: Every entrant is eligible to earn prizes based upon the results of their predictions.
Announcement: Any prize not claimed will not be awarded. Prizes have no retail value. Prizes last as long as entrant's Guild Wars account remains in good standing.
By entering the Guild Wars Predict the September Monthly Championship Winners contest, you: (a) agree to all of the terms and conditions of these Official Rules and Conditions; (b) warrant that your entry is your own original work and that it does not violate any rights of any third party; (c) assign and agree to assign to Sponsor all rights, title and interest, including, without limitation, copyright, in or to your entry; and (d) agree to be contacted by Sponsor or its agents by e-mail if needed. Sponsor, in its sole discretion, can disqualify from this contest and any other contest conducted by Sponsor, any person who, in Sponsor's reasonable suspicion, tampers with the entry process or the operation of the web site, or who otherwise violates these rules or any part of the Guild Wars User Agreement. Sponsor has the right to terminate, suspend or modify this contest, in whole or in part, at any time and without prior notice, if, in Sponsor's judgment, the contest is altered, corrupted or cannot be completed as planned due to any conditions beyond Sponsor's control, or at Sponsor's reasonable discretion. Incomplete entries are invalid, and entrants with incomplete entries will be disqualified.
This contest is void where prohibited, restricted or taxed by law.

You waive the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages. When making your predictions, here are a few things to do or consider:

Visit the Competitive Play section on the Guild Wars website for current news -- especially the current ladders
Use Observer Mode in-game to see the guilds in action and to get better acquainted with who may win

ok i spoke to the Xunlai Tournament agent and all he offered was the link to the site, i suppose this means he isnt giving the rewards away yet?

They usually take huge/long/lengthy/large amounts of time before finally giving out the rewards, wait for the next update, they should arrive then.

The points are distributed after the monthly update (usually the first Thursday of the month). The update notes (can be found on wiki or Riverside) will say if they have been included in the update.

You then talk to Kun Shao, the agent, he will give you your points or ask you to come back in xx minutes. He can be found in Temple of Balthazar, Kamadan, Lion's Arch and Kaineng Center.

Then you talk to Tolkano, who will offer you a choice of things on which to spend your points.

Generally the predictions have to be submitted by around the 21st of each month (the exact date being in the Xunlai House, posted at the top upto the date).

In terms of when we receive the points; it's usually the second Thursday of each month, along with the update. Keep your eyes open for a longer load when you boot up Guild Wars, as this usually indicates a new build. The next lot should be here on the 12th.

All you do is speak with the tournament agent in one of the many outposts and he automatically gives you any points that you won.

ok guys im new to Xunlai House and i have a question: why when i log in it says this:

Predictions Accepted: Until September 27 (GvG) 16:00 GMT & September 28 (1v1) 16:00 GMT

im confused :S

It seems to do this every month for some unknown reason. Before the XTH is actually open when you log in it gives this random error date.

Try again around the middle of the month.
