1) Spammers
2) Noobs (and I mean total noobs who can't whisper etc)
3) Christian/any other religion guilds
4) Girls/Guys only guilds
5) Guilds like those above who segregate community based on the player, not their experience in the game or activity in the game.
6) The retards of immediate post-sear who are all like "u sux, u not pwn fast enough, I play runescape/WoW and can pwn ur @*5 at it, I 7331, I better than u, ur uber nerd go kill urself, etc.
8) forgetting abbreviations from time to time is ok, asking for help is ok, being a jerk because somebody did isn't
7) anything like the above and etc.

Players who abbreviate everything.
Players who abbreviate everything and then call others 'noobs' when they ask what an abbreviation meant.
Players who constantly mooch off their guildmates.

1. Assassins. These people (except me) are the most childish, obnoxious, and immature people on gw. they come into RA with their palming builds and whenever they kill me, they use /jump on my body nonstop. please, if you're a sin and not fall into any of the descriptions above (and below, especially number 2), I COMMEND YOU
2. Assassins with the stupid narutard hairstyle.
3. people who circle you and go up to your face and stuff because your hands are glowing (chaoses) or with any other rare weapon etc
4. mo zing + obby armor + chaos gloves sets. i wouldn't mind if they took out mo zing masks kthx
5. people who tell me what to run, (oh dear, i'm not carrying healing breeze! WE'RE ALL GONNA DIE)
6. people who tell our party "brb, the wife is home" "brb, the kid is hungry", we don't need to know that you're a 40-year old dad who still plays online games. "brb" works just fine.
7. rage quitters because of ____(obnoxious reason)
h/h ftw.

People who think that if they run a non cookie-cutter build they are amazing and skillfull and unique. It's not hard to slap on Sever Artery and Gash to that firestorm ele build you have going. You might be having fun, but others don't enjoy playing with handicaps.
People who don't have any confidence in themselves in a game. Constantly asking if this build will work, always needing help to do the mission etc.
RA monks. They always think they are above everyone.
People who constantly just fail at the game. If you push C Spacebar in 5 or more PvP Matchs and don't do anything else after it should be an auto-ban for a month.

People who think they can dictate how other people have fun.
Spammers/scammers. Whenever I'm in Kamadan I see people trying to buy accounts. They always district-hop before I can report them though.
People who are rude. If you have something listed in the party search for sale, then generally it's polite to respond if someone asks you a question about it. Likewise, if you're looking to buy something and express interest but change your mind, say so. It's not difficult.

- Greedy people
- scammers
- beggars
- spammers
- Annoying people
- capital letters all the time, abbreviations, repeated question marks
- people who argue in local chat thinking their epeen or opinion actually matters.

When someone's character stands too close to mine,
even worse when all the hench/heros runs and you only see one lump of thing running behind you with multiple heads, and various different weapons sticking out of this lump.

This is gonna be a loong list isn't it? =P
1. Leech/botters in AB,competitive missions or festival arenas, and anet's apparent inability to stop them.
2. Being called "noob" simply for disagreeing with what someone said.
3. Elitism, rudeness and arrogance.
5. The general level of (im)maturity. I find most trash talk quite amusing and usually ignore it but I get annoyed when people start spamming things like "Heil H****r kill the j***". Yes, I can easily turn off allchat, but this is a thread about pet peeves, not what to do about said peeves.
6. Being the monk in a team that doesn't have a clue, or worse, being blamed when they lose.

These.
Some others:
- Rangers auto-attacking an ele casting MS (Hit that d-shot already!!)
- Touchers (/facepalm)
- People taking Flare in HM and explaining how it rocks at 19 att
- People that /zrank others
- People agreeing to your price only to trade you and offer minipets and other junk
- Lowballers; especially those wearing armor combinations Makosi mentioned
- Monks leeroying around with their Stormbow in hand
- People that define "fun" as "doing 10 different things while the team vanquishes"

People that bring healing breeze. Seriously, worst heal ever. Yet some people carry it with them wherever they go. I have to admit, I was guilty of that.
People that don't rez in PvE and use the excuse, "My heroes bring them." Ok, thats fine, but where are the heroes? Dead, in the huge mob.
/zrank. Cool that you can rank people, but it means nothing if you can trade ecto's or wait a month for z-keys.
Blaming the monk for failing. Seriously, the monk is hard to play against a good team. Just accept that the other team beat you and move on.
Saying, "I can kick your butt on [insert game here]" Ok, that's fine you can beat me on a different game. However, it is "A different game."
Being a noob for running a build not on wiki. (Whats wrong with [[glyph of energy], [[earthquake], [[dragon stomp]? According to caps spammer, everything.).
People that has pride when running a lame build and refuse to do it. It works, go complain about it on your live journal.
People that QQ on vent. Have fun, it's a game, what do you win? Fame! What do you do with it? /rank! and? Anything else? Come on, what else is there than rank? Nothing else? Really, so why do you want to win so badly?
People that abbreviate skills that no one uses. BD? What? Ohhh, Blood Drinker how could I not know?
I can totally understand people not pinging there builds, that it's "their builds". Whats the first thing you think about this build? Infusion Explosion Surprisingly it works, but would you kick me when I ping that? Yes, you know you would. I had a person that added me to ignore list and kicked me when I pinged it.

Peeves... well, this goes with the "people complaining about the good ol' days" mentioned above somewhere.
New players not playing. I got back after a long break, and it feels like people aren't playing anymore. Guild/Alliance chat is filled with "can somebody do Mission for me? Can somebody run me to ___ Can somebody help me with ___" and when you ask how many times they tried it they say they didn't. Play the game if you paid for it, ffs!
It's okay if somebody asks for a run. I run guildies gladly, and will get runs myself. But not if it's the first time doing that particular area. Take your time and enjoy the game, and only get runs when you're bored of the area and want to get to the juicy stuff.
Another peeve of mine is netspeak. Not the common abbreviations like brb, brt, omw, the trade talk, etc. But when somebody says "i c u dere" Wtf is wrong with using more letters? You're playing a time-eating MMO, you should be able to type fast enough that a few extra letters won't bring down the apocalypse on you.
Most of the other pet peeves I have are mentioned in this thread. Another thing I don't like is the air of superiority people have. "No, I won't help you, even though I know you're a new player. Sure, you've been polite and didn't ask stupid questions, but I'm too good to answer your questions. Go away." - stuff like that.
