Back when greens first came out I got Grognars Sword for 7k when people in LA were selling (and finding buyers) at 50k. Also got Tanzits Defender for 10k that day, when the price was 30k. That was a good day

I was looking for a sundering sword mod back when runic blades were all the rage. (q9s sold for 100k+x ecto, I can't remember exact details). I agreed to pay 15k for the mod to the seller - and it came attached to a caster runic. oO

Bought a req9 Ele Sword (wayyy back in the day) for 100k, and traded it for a req9 Mot Amethyst Aegis and 70k. Promptly sold the Amethyst for 100+5.

The other day I was loading up on tomes and got some dirt cheap.

One guy was asking 8k for his elite rit tome, along with 5k ea for a couple elite mesmers, and I said okay to all of it, then he promptly lowered the price on the elite rit to 7k

. Not so much of a great bargain, but still fun.

Bought a Mini Shiro and Koss for 13k. Sold them to someone else for around four and a half times that... then bought another pair for 13.5k, but I decided to keep those.

Note: This had occurred about the beginning of February of this year.

I was in waiting to enter battle in RA when i said "WTB MINI PET PM ME" to be a fool...i wasn't serious about it.

I had entered a battle and a guy msged me something like "Hey i have a Djinn Mini" I asked how much, he said offer, i said 5k. ( Again, i wasn't looking to trade, just to be an ass) And he said Ok.

Went to the district, before he traded me it i told him the real price, he said he didnt care, and i got it for 5k

Sold it a little later for 100k +30e or something like that.

The biggest was pretty lucky on my standpoint...

Right before Gaile announced she was leaving, I started buying up party points at around 100 gold a piece. I think I accumulated around 5,000 points. The announcement came two days later (along with the double party points weekend), and I sold them all for at 250 gold a point. 750K profit in two days isn't too shabby...

Gold q8 GPB, 15%^stance. Bought it way back when when Factions first came out for like 8k.

Also bought a q9 Sephis Axe unidentified for 2k...turned up +5 energy 20% enchants (uninscribeable). This was before everyone and their mom has a Sephis Axe.
