Your options are pretty much jumping to that achievement-whoring bandwagon or getting something actually good to play.

Aapo speaks truth. EotN been out too long, and anyone who really wanted to do the dungeons has done it, nm and hm to fill books. After that, well, you've seen the dungeons and their surprises and gimicks. After that, not really worth doing. Except for maybe VS and BDS and silverwings, what else is really worth anything in these dungeons? Especially considering the time you take getting to most dungeons and doing several levels. Not fun and low pay are not good combos. So if you're going to do it, you want it done quick and 100% certain. Going a pug is likely to be slow and far from certain.
Same if you're trying to pug the eotn missions as well. Most have grinded the book missions to death to max rank and would probably rather not ever see them again. If a guildy needs help then you take them and run them through in the min amount of time. But strangers who want to pug them? No thanks. The only exception is HoS, cause eight players, not matter how bad, should still be able to keg faster than H/H teams so it's worth doing then. Just cause its fast.
