It's awesome armour, yeah, but I'm not sure I'd consider it underrated, isn't it fairly popular? I could be wrong of course, those little female monks are so hard to see..

I have all of those armors. Definitely some of my favorites.

Sad thing is that since you can't display the low cost armors in HOM, I've bought a few armors just to display and never even runed them. Just popped them in storage and put the lower cost armor that I preferred the look of back on.

Hi,

Prophecies campaign still have some of the best armors in game, especially the 1k ones for female monks.
A upgrade to a higher quality texture for those would be great *Hint*, and allow them to dye way better I hope.

THat armor is far from underrated, and I wouldn't say it's better than it's elite version, 15K Kurzick seems more stylish.

My monk has the 15k. Because I didn't want my monk to look like a cheap hooker.

I would say 15k female kurzick for mesmer.

Agreed. I quite like the look of it and is really the only Elite armour I've liked..apart from Male monk Norn which is next on my list.

The only problem with this is that is has clipping issues with the cape on the back though can't have everything fixed I guess.

people always jump straight to the 15k, BUt i love the 1.5 - not only is it cheaper and cleaner, It doesnt have the horrific Low res in towns that 15k does

I personally find that most of the "basic" armor's are underrated and people are too focused on getting the "elite" armor's. And in many ways I like the basic armor's.. maybe because when you walk around you see too many "elite" armor's around.. hehe

Like for me I like my warrior, wearing Ascalon armor over the pics of some of the "elite armors". just as I find the look of 1.k luxon over the elite luxon. Same goes with the Kurzick Ranger, I find the 1.5K better than the elite armor *shrugs*

I salvaged my monk's Labyrinth armor for vellum and sold the vellum. She wore the set exactly once

(I am a bigger prude about my toons than I am about myself. I think it's all the slavering teenage boys in the game.)

Also, I see female mesmer Shing Jea quite often. It looks lovely and people know it, so I don't think it counts as underrated.

Agreed. I don't think 1.5k kurzick is underrated. I see it all the time in PvE and occassionally in PvP.
