Mini Frog likely won't happen unless Anet realizes that Gaile really didn't do that good of a job, with her outright lies and deceptions creating false hopes in the playerbase or misleading them for her own gains. I still have the suspicion that the first year the Mini Polar Bear was released, she knew about it but wanted most of the playerbase to be oblivious, allowing her friends in a certain guild which she was a part of for a while to have the highest chances of obtaining it.
Just a suspicion. It's a pretty big coincidence that after she left her CM position, she joined up with a guild that has the highest concentration of rare minipets in the game.

Anyway, I want a mini dwarf. It'll likely be Kilroy, since aside from Ogden, he's the most well-known dwarf in the game right now.
