Yup mostly the area I did this am.. Might have been a game glitch as I remember the everytime I went out and did not find Irises, I could not see the "beautiful feather " on the knoll. When it was there so were the Irises.
Oh well try again tonight

I think he is a great addation to the game as a whole. As for something like him in post, Factions or Nightfall, I hope not. Pre has been ignored for far too long.

I'm starting to get worried about Anet's financial situation - seems like their latest content updates have all being 'subtly' getting players to part with their money; in this case, players would be purchasing additional character slots to create more pre-searing characters.
Looks like Anet is milking GW for all it's worth now to fund GW2... I'm not saying it's evil for a company to do that (duh!), I just hope GW2 lives up to it's expectations!

I found that the best way to get the flowers was to repeatedly zone in and out of the Abbey. I set my right 'alt' key to cycle through next item, and just darted around the field. One spawned 9/10 runs. Zone, repeat.

I think he means that as Iris' arent a drop like all the others and the only way to get them is luckily finding one as you run around, its a lil harder to get them and I happen to agree with him, hence only having 10 when I went to him yesterday

Ah crap. My Ranger girl is still too weak to farm me some Charr...

Wait, do the Charr spawning during that quest with Rurik drop Carvings too? Must see.

If you mean Char at the Gate yes they do drop the carvings but not always
but a better way is to break away from Rurik before they get to the char and
you take them on yourself you get lots of drops then.

Iris Flowers and Charr trophies are there so those that login everyday and save the flowers and those that can go through the wall and kill some charr are rewarded a bit more.

It's like the LDoA.
