So... how do you link your excisting GW account to an NCsoft master account?
Trying to enter the serialcodes on the NCsoft one gives a "invalid" warning for me.

Yeah, so I followed that info and sent a support ticket; I'd also sent a 2nd support ticket earlier on something else.
The problem now is, knowing that every time I've ever contacted support in almost 4 years, they've always sent an auto response within 5 minutes, then addressed/rectified the problem within 24 hours.
Now ~ it's been more than 24 hours and I haven't had any word from them.
Yes, I know they are most likely swamped trying to deal with so many tickets and mine is one of thousands (at least that many), but with this and the z-coins not transferring into storage problem, the rollerbeetle problem, etc. you'd hope they'd call in more help to address these problems in the 24 hours they say they will? At minimum, I'd hoped for an auto response but both tickets have not been seen and, as far as I know, and still show "unresolved".
fyi: my original NCSoft account was created with an email address, like so many here, and it's too many characters for the new account name. I did figure out it'd been changed and have the new name; however, I've no recollection of the password hint it shows and thus, no answer to it. It's also odd that I log in to "My Stuff" (to check the status of the tickets) with my email address yet I have a completely different sign in now for the "My Account" log in?

Yea, welcome to my world...6 accounts in this house total...let alone the fact that for NONE of them have ever been linked to any playNC account, (2 main, 4 storage, yes we have to much crap), but it still says its linked and went so far as to try to get the new password, got it, tried to use it and its telling me the accounts are linked...I really do not know where to go from this point. I still say, the free storage slot should have just been implemented into the update. Save the player and tech support a LOT of hassle. Along with others, im sure. Even tried clicking on the link that says "if you still need help click here" (or something like that) and all it does is take me back to the "Lets link accounts page".
But I have no way of knowing which codes go with which accounts.

I couldn't find the papers that had the access keys on it but I did have my Guild Wars box and my Guild Wars Platinum box and used the serials (And plainly stated that they were serials.) So, have your access keys handy or you won't be able to get it back.

I made an NCaccount some years ago but don't remember it. I also made one to check out Tabula Rasa before it got closed but don't remember that one either. I made a new one, but it says my gw account is alrdy linked so I contacted support. I'm still waiting though, 24h alrdy past.

I get really annoyed when I realise many of these details are on a slip of paper what the heck are they playing at with this game.
Customers deserve to have such important details on something more substantial.
All of mine came on plastic about the same size as a credit card with the number covered up so you had to scratch off the surface.
The prophesies one is a little hard to read but the others are fine and still in the game boxes.
I also now have a digital image of all four from when I had to contact ncsoft last.
please rethink this for the future all your customers deserve equal treatment and I don't mean equal bad treatment.

At least you got an automated response! I'd be happy for hate mail and/or deaths threats from them at this point...
It's been 72 hours for me and my Support ticket status moved from "unresolved" to "waiting".
"Waiting"??? Ya think?
For whatever reason..."waiting" status meant they were waiting for me to update answers to their questions and is handled on the NCSoft My Stuff section...not by sending an email as they have every single time in almost 4 years now...stupid me for checking me email these last 3+ days.
