Moron, which the OP clearly is, isn't nearly as offensive as naming yourself after rapist. What that guy did was horrible. So yes, me naming him moron is righteous.

OP deserved it. That's all there is to it.

The first one is fine.
I don't think the second one warranted a permaban... but then again, you said you got banned 3 times before. Maybe anet has some 4-strike system?

You get what you deserve. You make a name that is "iffy" don't be suprised when you get in trouble.
I did, but didn't feel the need to make a thread about it. I had my PvP character, muffy the Divr playing some lame build in RA for fun. This one guy was pissing and moaning because I kept killing him. next thing I know I have a temp ban and have to change my name. So I took the warning and now keep my character name all PC and its all good.
Seems like you had your warning, ignored it and now are crying about how big bad ANET followed through with punishment.
Sucks you were perma banned but you were asking for trouble and you got it. You now have to lie in the bed you made. Enjoy

i don't think you've done ample research to objectify the offensiveness of those terms and compare them.
anyway, if you truly think the OP is mentally challenged does that make calling him a moron less offensive? my moral code may not be as highly "upgraded" as yours but in general i've found it's especially taboo to make fun of handicapped people based on their handicaps.

Are the names in breach of the terms and conditions you have agreed to, under contract, when you ticked the little "I AGREE!" button as you were loading the game?
Yes. Rather large portions of yes, actually.
You've gotten banned HOW many times now for offensive names?
Uh huh.
You spend all of your time online poking wasps nests with sticks, and then you pout when you get stung, but the wasps are the bad guys, yes? Okaaaayyyy.
