All thos elitism you call and people denied is the cause of having to reach 5 and 10 wins in RA to get gladiator points, if you don't have to depneds on that factors, there will be less flaming and QQ going on, because afterall , its just that one game you have to tolerate other players in. then you are done with them.
Change RA to non-consecutive 5 wins to get 1 gladiator points , case closed.
in the same time, it also make it moot to sync hahahahahah

You're suggesting to eliminate the challenge in achieving consecutive wins.. which is.. well, less challenging! /notsigned
Meanwhile, flaming, Qqing, suiciding, resigning, etc... will never be fully extinguished, so all that we can hope for essentially is to minimize this undesired effect. One of the ways I suggest (and takes the most effort in scripting) is to adjust RA so that there's a balance system in order (i.e.: Healer, Auxiliary Rt, N, Me, etc.. and x2 Physicals *melee/ranged*). Players frequently give up when faced against unfavorable odds (i.e.: No monk on their team and two monks *PnH/WoH* on the other team). Yea, it's supposed to be random, blah blah blah.. but the fact remains that this is why players rage, suicide, grieve, resign, etc..! So, eliminate these unbecoming things by way of BALANCE SYSTEM and the problems will become significantly reduced.
