And like I said, I very much enjoyed the april update. It did revive GW to a certain extent.

Why not just wait and see what they DID when the next big update comes? After all, there really isnt anything we, the game players, can do about what the plan or dont plan on doing anyway. I like the anticipation of surprise. I say, let them catch their breath after the last one and then get busy on the next. Let them not waste time posting somewhere what may or may not be in the next one. Yes, I know, Im 1 of about 12 people out here that thinks this way right???

Quoted for the truth, and the entire reason I play guild wars, I can go out and do not have to deal with ANYONE! Or as I put it to my girlfriend after a particularly annoying day.. "Out in the wilds, killing things.."

The problem is they clearly didn't spend 5 months on the skill update. They spent 5 months implementing all the PvE updates, and then probably 1-2 weeks max on the skill update. Worst part is they introduced it as a huge skill update and it turned out to be very small.
As for the next update, I'd prefer it to be them fixing the problems they caused with the previous update.

I am guessing that instead of getting the updates every 3 months - we'll get them every 6 months.
Well - 2 updates. And then before they release the third - they'll announce updates version 2.0.
And those things will have EVERYTHING we ever wanted!
Seriously, it's going to be so good!

Buff Spawning Power. Not even realistically, but entirely ludicrously. Such that Rits replace every other caster class in any version of PvP.
Why? The epic, epic QQ.

they told us every 3-4 months. official word. either they release every 3-4 months, or they make a restatement.
oh and it doesn't matter if the last major update was in november... the statement was made in january. january->april was the time period for the first major content update under this new schedule. (besides... december's update was still pretty big)
also: july or august should be the next expected release date. but considering that its almost june, and they haven't released a dev update anouncing it, you can bet that it will be august, not july.

Less asking, more playing. Anet isn't gonna open up until it has everything set. And with just 2 people working on GW.....yeah it will be a while.

The impression I get about Live Team is that it has few if any artistic resources. So don't expect anything that requires new art beyond a skill or maybe a simple reskin.
Still, the Ritualist does seem to be on the proverbial radar, and Linsey has said that she'd like to do something with the Seers, Druids and Mursaat. No guarantees that either will be in the next update, but those are a couple of things that seem to be in their minds.

If the next update is anything like the last one, won't mean much to me. Only thing from last update currently in use by me, tiny equipment pack on a couple storage characters and one on my farmer for her armor. (A whole 7.5k out of my modest bank account.) Can't get my "free" storage pane, no need for make overs,..........

My concern is the worlds.com lawsuit. If it goes badly for Anet/Ncsoft, there might not be anymore updates or gw2 for that matter.

It got moved to California. NCSoft has already started the process of bleeding the other side...
