The best NPC in the game is Dagnar Stonepate the cousin of King Jalis Ironhammer because he killed Prince Ruriks punk ass.

I've always fancied Dunkoro since he's been there with all my chars through thick and thin ^^

Fave npc has to be Ivor Trueshot since he's always been there when Piken drama goes down

I'd say that Gwen and Livia are some of my favorite females. :3

Prince Rurik was my hero when I was a wee Prophecies beginner. How I craved to get his sword so much.

And for villains, there is no greater than Shiro. He's just a plain bad ass.

Anton is also the coolest assassin, evar. Three swords on the back = kick ass.

Joko, mainly because of that one scene where he gets his armor back, and because I admire those who rule/d large areas.

The quotes of Herta, Livia, and Olias all amuse me quite a bit, and Olias is easily my favorite hero.
