I made predictions with 5 accounts, and have only received points on 2 of them so far.

The survey questions are problematic: Who cares if we make XTH predictions on multiple accounts? ArenaNet doesn't know we're the same person. A more interesting question would be whether problems are produced by multiple accounts linked to the SAME NCSoft master account all making XTH predictions. Maybe that's what you meant, but I bet 90% of the people responding here didn't take that into consideration.

I have 4 game accounts all linked to the same NCSoft account.
All 4 had no points awarded.
All 4 have received points correctly the last several months before this.

Most people here took that in consideration. But as you can see by all the posts here, even people with only 1 account haven't gotten anything. It's just another /fail of the XTH. I don't blame Anet though, I'm sure they are doing whatever they can to fix it soon.

Also, I don't see what Anet would have against people playing on multiple accounts. You pay them, why wouldn't they want that?

One of my accounts got 30 points (which wasn't the right amount) and my other two did not receive points. All of my three accounts are linked to the same ncsoft master acct.
My boyfriend received 130 on his main account, and none on his second account. And both of his accounts are linked to the same ncsoft master acct.
But it just doesn't make sense to me that linking them to the same master acct is the cause, because a lot of people with only one account also did not receive their points.

I have 2 accounts and only got my rewards on one of them... they are linked to separate master accounts..... Anyone have any idea how long it will take before the issue is resolved?

the rewards seem rather low dont they? i usually guess with a lot of randomness, and get like 60-80 pts, now i got 50-30 pts on my accounts. i guess i should look back at xth and review pts myself.

Gotta be bugged/flawed. Second account didn't even say zero just said the usual tournament house click this link etc.

Edit: I think rewards seem lower too or i'm just getting worse at predictions, I know rawr was free one

It seemed like it took no effort to get 100 points now i'm getting around 55.

Nah i just never needed more then 1.. char slots=all i need

And i cant check right now wether i got them or not.

But when i went to my STH page my pics for the tourneys were still up...

Actually, screening for multiple consecutive logons to XTH or the game client from the same IP address is relatively simple.

Because expecting all your accounts to have equal access to all aspects of the game is cheating the system.... next they'll be telling me my 2nd account can't enter UW in a duo with my 1st account..

To those noticing lower points, consider this. In the old XTH system, the first page was the highest placed teams/players in the last MAT. This increased your chances of picking good choices from the initial list massively, especially in regards to 1vs1.

My main account got points.

My other 2 accounts got none. Each of my other accounts are associated with their own master accounts.
