I hate to say this but it's due time for some word about what's going to happen. Not only with the last 2-week delayed points, but going forward what's going to happen. We can't make our June predictions, and the MAT is almost here. This is on the verge of serious unprofessionalism.

Update! Not sure what it is, but the XTH guy is telling me to wait about 7 minutes, so let's keep our fingers crossed they got this fixed.

If this isn't the point update, what's the point of an update at all? It's just going to get people's hopes up. And while I appreciate the information, I still see a lack of it. All I hear is we're working on it, we EXPECT to have some information soon, thanks for your patience (though there clearly is none), etc. Oh well, /endrant *keeps fingers crossed*

As much as I'm not a big fan of the word "soon", it is nice of Regina to drop a line here rather than not say anything.

On that note, I really do hope that the XTH points as well as the locked in May votes will be fixed before the next MAT.

OMFG...like I said, I'd rather not see any updates than an update with the points we've earned. This is damn ridiculous. 4 accounts STILL without points, yet for some reason people are screaming in GTOB yay I got XX points! FFS either give us all points or none at all. This is absolutely nauseating. Makes me want to throw my computer out the window and bang my head against a wall. They obviously have time to make crappy updates but they won't give us our points? So when we see a new build we automatically assume it's our points that are 3 weeks late. GG.../endrant

i agree! i come back from afk see new build and get excited *shakes head* only told to wait 8 minutes. which i do and guess what?! no points!

*sigh* really anet like tender said either give *EVERYONE* their points at once or none at all. its not fair a random person gets points and 20 other people right next to him doesnt.

While i appreciate the fact Regina's making minimal effort to vaguely inform the community that something at all is going on regarding the issue, i feel that after the last 2 incorrect announcements they've kind of lost all their validity and meaning.

I've settled with not recieving XTH points whatsoever this month, i'm just hoping that they are at least fixed for next month, that's all. And that we can make our predictions before they are due. I can see it now.... "Due to our screw ups, nobody was able to make predictions because of the prediction webpage not working. please e-mail your predictions to support." haha.

Same goes for someone like me who doesn't have your so-called pvp rank. Are you gonna put me down for not putting afford into my picks simply because of that?

On my xunlai login on GW's site - it just shows my last months predictions as already have been made and doesn't give me an option to predict next months. So are we missing out on last month - and this month too cause the predictions option for our account hasn't been reset??????? I know we only have a few days left to enter predictions - kinda uncool if we dont have the option.....

If so that would be very irritating.....

Yeah, I'd say tickets are pretty pointless at this point. You'd just get the same automated messages everyone gets. Just wait until ANET fixes the problems, and, hopefully, things will be fixed in time to make June predictions. There's still a week or so until the next mAT right? All it takes is like 5 minutes to make predictions, so give them time.
