I've also been experiencing high amounts of lag and massive lag spikes, but I didn't take into consideration that it could be due to the Xunlai issue. In which case, this is even more of a reason to get this issue resolved. I really hope they do better with the points next time.

ive got the same problem four accounts and a drawer full of access codes lol.. they only asked for our basic account info in thier new "flawless" xth... soo that should be way more than enough

3 of my accounts got reward points, two of those were wrong (if not all), the rest didn't get any. Sent a support ticket.

THIS may be the key - I got my rps only on my main account which is considered american by the game, but my other accounts which are all euro got nothing.

the nationality of your acc isn't effecting who got there's. it's all just random.
2 accs, no RPs. ANet should really consider just giving people x amount of RPs then fix the XTH with out the GW community complaining each step of the way.

I remember back in the day when I would get flamed by the guru community and banned by the Mods for complaining about not getting my tourney reward pts when everyone else got theirs ^^.
