Default will i be banned for "scamming"?

i had a dinner appointment in 30 mins and since i cant vanquish or farm my farming stuff at that time i decided to help people run abaddon's mouth for a fee. Player called ""
approached me and ask for a run. I asked for so said player build and he refused and said since his paying his not gonna help. Refuse to pay up a certain fee upfront when i asked to and invited random people without asking my opinion. Didn't like player's attitude and 10% of me felt that it was risky altho its most likely doable so i said fine, but i will charge more as i consider this being afk.

Player ignores me and ask me to either run this or gtfo, and didn't kick some random people who had not agreed to pay for the run as well. As i didn't like so said player attitude, i left without saying a word and was promptly called a scammer and i would be reported for scamming and enjoying a 3 day scam ban, also qq at me in some foreign language and said i wouldn't understand it since i am american (? no idea how this player came to the conclusion that i am an american).

I thought it was ridiculous since i had not received any payment whatsoever and offer to run for extra if no help was rendered, and i didn't give it much thought since i had a dinner app then, but now i am wondering will i be banned for "scamming".

The guy sounds like an idiot, I seriously doubt you will be banned for scamming.. I even doubt he actually reported you.
Also, I'd edit your post to delete the players name. 'tis agaisnt the rules here.

yeah you're definitely banned. You should be following along the spirit of togetherness in Guild Wars and helping the player. By charging for a run you are violating that and I'm sure GW support will promptly permaban as soon as they receive the complaint.

If he never gave you money, there was no scam and he has nothing on you. That's like me opening a barber shop, offering haircuts for $15, people demanding free haircuts, and me instantly closing my shop.

The way I see it, the guys just an asshat who feels smart for knowing more than one language and tough for threatening to get you banned.
