Default Unjust Permanent Ban

I've been playing Guild Wars perfectly fine for the past five years, and have never done anything illegal to breach the Rules, etc. I have gone on GW only once in the past month and a half, and shortly after that my laptop needed some repairing. Nothing was wrong then, I've never received a temporary ban/warning. It's been over a month since I have been on GW, and now have access to internet again. However, when I tried to log in, I got the dreaded Code=045. =/

Considering I have not broken any of the rules -I haven't even been online in so long!-, there should be no reason for this ban. Perhaps my account was hacked. I went on my NCsoft account and it still says that Guild Wars is playable for me, so would that make this a technical issue that they can clear up quickly? I was wondering if anyone else has experienced this problem, if their accounts were given back, and how long it usually takes to receive a reply (I sent a ticket earlier today)?

Thanks to anyone who can offer some advice or insight about this problem.

Sounds like you were hacked or something, and I'm afraid the only thing you can do is contact support, which you said you've done.

It usually takes them about 1-3 days to get back to you, hopefully they'll be able to sort the issue and get your account back.

Good luck.

I obviously took lots of breaks over the years. ;P
But yeah, I'm mostly worried about what I'll find when I get it back, the sooner the better. I'm hoping it's just a really bad technical issue and nothing is missing.
