Filling books and grinding are ridiculously annoying and not fun, i have been trying to get these titles at max by doing vanquish and playing the z-quests but i think it will take much longer than i would like to.

Each run takes like 3 minutes (including merchant time), so its like half that. Really, you shouldn't be grinding Asura points via Raptor farm. You should be grinding for sweets/booze via Raptor farm during event weekends. The points are just a bonus.

Anyway, I still don't understand the hype over filling the HoM. A.net just said that the HoM will grant you benefits. They NEVER said a "full" HoM will grant you anything special.

Easy way? Don't think so. Grind your ass off like everyone else is doing.

However, having Survivor on your title character saves you from maxing one of the annoying grind titles.

Just dropping some info since the OP said you can get the title via raptor farm.
