Hopefully, SD will have a similar format for you PvE'ers who only like pre-made build PvP

How on earth could you fail at smite monking? Seriously. You didn't even have to save anyone, maybe throw a RoD around every once and a while but pretty much all of the professions have a heal.

i didn't find spamming RoD and SoJ fun...
I mean just look at that build it's no fun at all...
well going to give it another shot this year...
last year i was focused on farming items for titles and this wasn't the fastest way for me to do that...
This year i will just try to have some fun...
(in gw??? whaaaat?)

You didn't say it was because you didn't find Soj fun. You said it was probably because you were bad at playing an incredibly easy bar. Also having never really played any monk bar I found that one very fun Anyway should have tried some other professions, everything was pretty fun to play except rit and mes.

To those talking about skill nerfs affecting CB, well...don't be so sure. Last year, Sig of Judgment had already been nerfed to half-range, but the CB version still operated at full range. If the same thing happens this year, Mel's Shot, Steam, and other nerfed skills should still be outstanding. If they do decide to update the CB skills, I hope they try to update the bars as well.

Regina's talk
So the event starts probably on Thursday or Friday at around noon, it seems. That means about eleven days of CB.

CB is so fun, I love the maps especially. Kinda hated how they made monks into smiters and not healers leaving rits to be indestructible. Although one time I got a team of 5 monks, that was pretty crazy we got to 41 consec

Well, since we don't know the builds, it's hard to pick favorites yet. I'll probably go monk again if it's like last years build with damage with healing support.

I agree. I thought the monk was a pretty good class, being able to remove conditions and hexes, healing, and dealing damage.
That's, literally, all I played.
