I just got done with a 25-game win streak with two monks, two assassins, and one necromancer.
We could have gone farther with consecutive wins, but the new build made us all quit.

Played against a sin today.
Death's Charge -> Palm Strike -> Falling Spider -> Critical Strike -> Trampling Ox -> Twisting Fangs. "wtf how are u blocking my duals"
If you don't see me for the rest of Halloween, I've probably been banned due to very amusing conversations.

He did hit with critical strike though right?
It is kinda funny that everybody says the sin bar is so good (which it is), but it is so bad when played by noobs.
Heck... aren't the skills even automatically arranged IN ORDER on the bar of the sin attack chain?

I swear every team I'm getting now has a DCer. What's up with people's internet, I've never experience this before in pve or pvp.

Lol on saturday i was in a team with 3 other sins and a monk ( i was also a sin) it just hilarious how we rolled through every team we came against, we won 12 matches and probably could have won more if I didnt have to leave, Idk what happened to the team after I left.

You press a movement key while the skill is blinking and it will cancel.
And you don't need to skill cancel. Just leave rangers alone. And kite targets, then dc to a target and pop your skill chain. Rangers are only good with Savage if they are close to their target. Otherwise they generally won't hit an important skill. They put out shit dmg and only degen shit to death.
They are only good for capping, but if they go to cap, just fight the other group split fair or manuever to out number them, roll the team, and leave the ranger alone. He's only a distraction at most. Just lineback their melee, and make sure your other sins/melee are on different targets.
I cant tell you how many times i've seen teams of 3-4 sins, just ball on one target, and die because the enemy monk just roj'd the group and no1 kited out of it.
I mean seriously if you're sins play smart, DC and lineback other sins/melee. Sig of Malice after using PS, the team thats going to win is the team with better support. Monk with Roj are best with sins. Eles are next for blind and dmg support. Mesmer with degen and caster hate support. Then Necros with hexes degen and dmg. Follow by Rangers. Even Dervs, Paras and Warriors are better than the Ranger.
Rangers in CB are neither melee nor caster. They just sit back and spam degen + cripple + and run away when attacked. Its seriously like gimping your team. Sins can remove the degen by popping DC if crippled and using their chain + sig of malice. Boom all conds gone and a heal.
The only team I've played that was any good with rangers, was 2 Mo, 2 rangers, 1 sin.
Our team was. 2 monk, 2 sin, 1 rt.
We went down 10-4 early because 3 of us got caught up in the moonbeam spread aoe, so we wiped completely once. Dumb dumb mistake and we knew it. 20+ wins of just rolling shit, we were getting lazy.
But all it took was regrouping, linebacking the sin because he was their only kill dmg, while the other ganked a monk. If the ranger interrupted a chain, then both sins immediately switch to different targets. Generally, the uninterrupted sin switch to the other sins target, while the other picks the other priority target. Bam, monks n sin we're down.
Repeated till we won 20-14. They scored 1 morale point, and wiped the sins each once and monk once from degen and constant pressure from rezing and running back into fight.
Now i'm not going to lie, their one ranger was GOOD. He hit me with savage on various random skills about 5 times that match, saving his monk twice. Problem is the Sin skill chain recharges in 7s. Auto-attack for 2-5s, DC to another target away from the Ranger, pop your skill chain. Shit dies. Even if he manages to savage something, odds are its going to be Falling Spider if he's on point. Wait three seconds for PS to recharge, then PS>Twisting Fangs. He won't hit Savage back to back on recharge. He's gotta keep up preparations, poison tip, and keen arrow dmg. As well as try and savage your chains.
So while you can provide great support, cond degen, and capping ability. Overall you're dead last on the usefullness in CB. Rangers are like flys. They pester you and bother you, but can hurt you. And if the other team has a Necro or Mes, rangers are dead. Nat Stride gets ruined by hexes. Then you have 12s left to kite away. So if a Ranger is on your team, your almost fighting 4v5. Sins are just too OP in CB for rangers. You're better off playing a Warrior for KD + high armor, or a derv for DW spread and faithful intervention to survive spikes. Para is practically useless too. The whole Para bar is just completely underrated cuz of lack of KD or daze or cripple. They get a speed boost. Whoop dee doooooo.
But hey, if capping actually ya know was worthwhile, the ranger would be worth playing, but sadly its not. Only shrine worth capping is BC. Run faster, quicker recharge, and faster attack. Its like this shrine says Cap Me so sins can kill shit quicker.

Yes, as far as I can tell the optimal team is 3 sin 1 mo 1 ele. What you had is close enough for government work.
High damage owns the 3 shrine map (which is always decided by the initial melee over the central shrine), teleporting power plays own the diamond-shaped map, and the six shrine map is won by splitting at the start, collapsing to divide the opposing team and get a couple of cheap kills, then time killing and farming spawn.
The mo/ele team is strong for obvious reasons, and with three sins should be able to generate two kills right at the start of any 5v5 grand melee.

So annoyed! ~Costume Brawl
So Costume Brawl, is really frustrating. It can take ages just to get a winning streak going. However I was lucky enough to be put in a team with decent players >.<
Yesterday, the new build ruined my 35 Consecutive wins! Heres the SS
I must have been working on that well over 2 hours, and it was so easy. You can see the new build message pop up. Literally I don't think it's fair They should do at a time where lowest amount of people play, not in the evening of a Sunday (UK TIME).
I was taking SS's every win above the 20 mark lol :X I really hope I find a team like that again </3

Just had a warrior trying to hurt me with a sword...
And he bull striked me while I was casting rejuvenation.
He left quite soon; guess he figured out why he couldn't use most of his skills.

What you will get in CB?
Fun? No
Fair play? No
Fair builds ? lol no
So what I will get?
This:
3 Assassins snaring you while you try to survive, noobs spamming 1 2 3 4 to win
I really like to play with random builds, like the Ritualist build in CB,but the problem is because assassins doesn't have random builds...
