What makes you leet..
Designing your own skill bars for your heroes + all your other characters, then rape any area you travel to and never let anyone see your skill combinations!
Kind of like me, as someone who has unlocked all skills through pve, i love to create new builds, some of em do own, some of em stink but atleast im not a pvx copycat.

Getting stuff done in the game. GWAMM, tiger, LDoA, gold trim stuff like that, there are many many excellent players in GW, but if they can't get anything accomplished they are not leet.

Calling somebody a "noob" definately makes you NOT leet.

It actually started with Protective Bond when you lost 1 energy and only 5% health when hit so didnt need the -50

Leetness? lol. Accomplishing things with friends is always great.
I always used to think people with titles and money were cool, but that perspective changed long ago.
My buddies make me rich. <3

The knowledge to put together a great build that was not found beforehand on wiki.
The skills to use said build to wreck whatever obstacle you may be facing.
The compassion to point out an obvious scamming prick or to run someone for free. To give away unwanted rare skins to a friend instead of tossing them to the merch. Truly. That is what it is to be leet in GW. A powerful guild? A rare skin? Black dye? Titles? None of them really mean anything. Skills, skillz and kindness make you leet. Nothing less and nothing more.

People are 'leet' because of who they are.
Achievements is pixels on the screen. I'm happy a former guildie of mine realised that and is now doing great in real life. I spend a couple of days in a foreign town while visiting someone I met while playing GW. This is what makes people great.

What makes you leet ... like in real world, it's either fame or originality. If you can't be famous enough to satisfy your seemingly endless pursue for money and power, you can do what you want, how you want and don't care much about what people say about you.
Being leet today is being independent, having own opinion and knowledge on every subject, having own tastes and not blindly following modern trends or 'craze' in fashion. In GW reality, you would enjoy doing what you do without caring about your titles, how many points you got in what, how much gold and minis you have.
Setting priorities which always bring you fun in the end and reward in itself, priorities set by you, not by other people - that's what I would say is leet. For one person being leet might mean having high HOH rank, for the other exploring every possible pixel in the guild wars world, for the other one just hanging around in guild with friends and 'playing for fun'.
So, in your journey to being leet (which is a subjective and not objective trait, as definitions 'what is leet' vary from person to person), you have to ask yourself - 'what's important for me as a person when I play this game'? 'what's important for me as a gamer to achieve?' 'what really brings me fun?'. Once you know these, paradoxically, not easy questions - you will know what makes you leet.
Being leet is enjoying what you do no matter how others view you.

Close, but not quite. It's being able to get stuff done in the game that no one else can that makes you leet.
Things like channeltanking top GvG and somehow making it work (Soul Wedding), keeping a team up for 28 minutes monking alone due to a DC against a top 30 guild (Tommy)...those are the things that make you leet.

Tom also channeltanked.
To add to your list:
Terror's ability to predict frenzies and call spikes on that target 30 seconds in advance.
Smgz going whole matches without getting hit by an arrow on a split.
The creation of the shove-crush-thrill no adren hammer bar (Smgz or Hex, don't remember).
EvIL's ability to win even though you knew exactly what they were going to run.
Also, this whole discussion is pretty useless.

Some other good ones that crossed my mind:
Turning a lost top 5 match after a VoD teamwipe by running through the other team on Warrior's Isle, blocking the door with four players and killing the undefended lord (EW vs. Te).
Effortlessly winning a 1v1 split in a $100,000 tournament and having the stones to tiger the corpse (Big McHugelarge).
Blowing up every single NPC simultaneously at VoD (iQ).
