Meh, they can ask what they want. Doesnt mean they are gonna get it. And the person who posted the pc at 1100e just so happens to have one for sale on the high end threads, LOL. (No conflict of interest there, lol.) If there are several for sale already the price is gonna drop fast. Fortunately it sounds like it will be more affordable like the traveler gifts minis (under 100e) and not a polar bear, imo.

Yeah I know
I'm not in any hurry to buy one :P
Just find it incredible that people try to sell them for that high. Anyone with a brain will look up where those minis come from first, and then they'll know that it's not uber-rare like the MPB or the contest award minis.

So do you have to defeat Dhuum for the UW chest to spawn? Or is it a second chest spawn?

I can't believe people expected something other then having to beat all of UW to get to Dhurrm. I mean... it was ALWAYS apparent to me that he was going to be a final boss fight. After all, the Waiting Game had pretty ridiculous rewards otherwise.
Edit1: Not making the boss WTFPWN SF... sigh
Edit2: The minis seem to have a pretty good drop rate. Anybody trying to sell for 1100e... heck more power to em. They will probably we worth a 10th of that in a few weeks.

LMAO! one chest spawn after defeating dhuum, otherwise it would be slightly pointless to have put him in if u can still get to an end chest by doing the same UW from before >_<

Hey, you never know with these things!
It wouldn't be unreasonable to expect the same UW chest to spawn after doing the same quests, then have an additional boss fight with better possible rewards.

Well I think the attempt to update UW was very nice, I am sure lots of long hours and hard work went into ANET. Thanks.
Somethings that are disappointing though is that there is no way to save progress...IE like in DOA. The DOA quest is taken in town then you can go and complete each area one at a time if you really want to. Now UW is a all or nothing shot, you either get all the reapers up or you dont and start over. This will be very tough for balanced and new groups.
Ice wastes is pretty tough without running obby, SB or SF. You really need 3 tanks to complete the quest. I don't know what the point in this? I think the intent was to make it unsoloable. Reality is that you are designing the game around a skill now, thus shutting everyone else that chose not to run the latest meta.
If you really want to make UW a little bit harder for SF groups you should have updated the fingers of chaos skill and add those monsters as pop ups to the underworld in addition to the skeletons. Would have been much easier to do imo. http://guildwars.wikia.com/wiki/Fingers_of_chaos

Even though i like the fact that dhuum has finally been added even though i never expected him to be (so gj anet for that), i don't like the fact that 2 months have passed and still no skill updates which was supposed to be expected every 2 months. From what i recall skill updates was changed from 1 month to 2 months so that the team could make 'more ambitious' skill updates.
Skill updates have been one of the only reasons why i am still logging into guild wars so that i can make new builds and because i would really like to seem some buffs to some of my favorite classes.

The problem isn't really that Dhuum doesn't do anything against SF users, because he kinda does, and players can be given a different skill set with which to truly defeat him anyways.
The problem is that getting to Dhuum is still abusable by SF, and 600/Smite to a degree, and if those players are still at least able to get to Dhuum, ANet has accomplished nothing.

guess it'll be a while till i see this boss.
their way of fixing UW was making it even harder for balanced group, or so it appears.
the 4H and ice waste first, now this. great.

I'm busy laughing at people offering 250e+ on the new mini..
Never buy something newly released unless you plan on keeping it.

The scythe is a gold r9 that comes with strength and honor inscription. It can be modded etc.
Sorry but I don't typically read or post on Guru so I didn't know that the stats were in question.
