I know, but... they have been building a brand new MMO from scratch. I wouldn't be surprised if that after GW2 was out we might see some love for both games equally there after, except maybe when they are working on an expansion to gw2 or content to gw1. I know it sounds a bit fantasy like but I truly believe the lack of support for us in gw1 is because of the hard work they are doing to make gw2. Yet everyone here who dosen't work for anet bitches about gw1's problems when they themselves are ignorant in the fact they have no idea how a game company works.

I don't know how many times Linsey, Regina, and by extension - I - am going to have to say this:

The Guild Wars Live Team and the devs for GW1 DO NOT work on GW2. And the devs from GW2 DO NOT work on GW1. Everything is separate now and will continue to be that way (including skill balance, which they used to share "some" resources on). The new guy and some person I've never heard of are doing the skill balance.

So...basically, the way it is now is how it always will be, at least if the team stays the same.

They're actually working on an update, but it's moreso for the test krewe.
I was talking with Martin and it's launching soon.... Very soon! :3
Which is the reason for delay of update. The Test Krewe is coming, yeah!

After that, we're planning to hijack the punchbag positions and not being able to release confidential info on upcoming updates :P

I don't really understand why people actually expected to come through on their end... Yes, they have openly said they would do bi-monthly skill updates, but they have also openly said many other things that have not been done (at least on time). Honestly, I've lost all faith in the GW live team, I see an update and expect the most minor of bug fixes and don't bother to expect them to be on time due to past experience. You'd think people would learn from mistakes but... anyway, point being don't expect anything and you won't be disappointed because there will be nothing to disappoint you. The day they actually follow through will be the day that I believe them.
