I've tried several times to get into teams, but all are like: rank 3+ etc... Why is this anyway? Would be the same if I ask for master Jennur's Horde HM: only Protector of Elona people allowed.
Also, I've tried to join a HA guild but they're the same like parties, they want specific ranks.
Why is this? And is there a way I can still get into good teams without needing a certain rank?

So you're trying to get into a good team without being good?
Let me know when you figure out what's wrong with that.

Err HA is dead. I liked it better when I at least could go in with a decent team and not get facerolled by an R/A class because anet doesn't know how to balance the game.

The reason elitism exists is that you suck.
OK, now that I have your attention: the problem is that if you haven't played HA, you're a liability to any team. You can't possibly perform your assigned task successfully. You don't know the maps, the victory conditions, or what to expect from opposing teams and how to counter it.
Excluding you because you lack rank is simply a way of avoiding the cost of teaching you the most basic things about HA. If you don't have any rank, it's overwhelmingly likely that you're going to be terrible, and a single bad player will ruin any HA team.
Higher ranked players tend to be better; it is far from a one-to-one correspondence, but rejecting players without rank will improve the odds of getting someone competent.
Your best bet is to play with some bad teams and lose a lot in order to learn the earlier maps, then find someone willing to teach you the ropes. Players and teams willing to teach are getting harder to find, because the community is small. Your best bet is to get extremely good at something else and network. Once you meet good HA players and demonstrate that you can do something else exceptionally well, one of them is likely to be willing to teach you what you need to know. Most players lack the work ethic, drive and attitude to succeed. Proving that you have that attitude will greatly improve your odds of finding someone willing to take a chance on you.

No HA rank means one of two things.
1) You don't play HA much
2) You play HA and lose a lot
neither one of these characteristics are desirable.

Your best option is to either have a friend who HAs a lot or get a group of newbies together. I'm surprised there aren't guilds that teach people to HA.

some PVE groups are like this but not 90% as bad...so for this i stay away from PvP lol

Since when did rank always mean being good? Rank is a marker of skill, but not 100% of the time. I've played with plenty of people with rank 3 who were terrible players.
I seem to recall something called fame farming services, explain to me how a player who's bought his or her fame is considered "good".

The HA community these days is very small. The players still grinding rank 15 don't care about anyone but themselves, and aren't willing to teach other players anything. They can find groups with other players sharing that mentality without bothering to teach new players, and want to finish the title ASAP.
There aren't a lot of other competent groups left. Casual HA play is more or less dead.

I've played with plenty of players that were rank 9 or 10 that were terrible. It's pretty rare that I've played with a rank 3 that wasn't terrible, though it happens.
I would imagine that by now there are probably a few rank 12 players that are bad. Anything above that, and you have to be good and play a lot.

Titles for PvP are more or less pretty bad i have r1 would do it more and learn it but doesnt feel right when they are just asking for titles.
You cant be good at the first time you enter it am i right you still need to practice find a nice composition with players who knows your playing style.

I agree that ha is dead, but any decent team should be able to faceroll the sway teams or any team with a r/a. If not they are not decent players

No, you implied that if a person does not have a rank - they are not good. Which we established above is not the case.

Well there's is people almost r13 (or higher ?) who played only Ele/P 3xHeat
Rank is only a meaning of time spend in HA, the more you play (whatever the wikibuild you usually run), the more you will get HA pugs
Also :
