Oh uhhh, well I guess the rest of the community might need an explanation to fully understand this thread.

A lead developer with a empty skill bar? You could have at least put in all elites? Or maybe a few GW2 skill Icons in there
Happy New Year!

Billiard is below narrating. We sent these to the Anet team on Dec. 17th:
--------------------------------------------------
Mission accomplished with special thanks to Inde!
20 Dozen Snowballs arrived via UPS Nextday
I decided to condense then down to one larger box.
They are pretty good-sized snowballs - I really had to pack them in tight to fit into just one, larger box.
I enlisted my daughter to wrap it up and help bring it down to ArenaNet HQ.
Here is the card I made up with some help from Inde.
When I got there I put it under their tree as I waited for folks to come out.
Eventually Regina, Martin, Linsey, and Joey from the Live Team came out to check it out.
Short version, WE STILL LOVE ARENANET. Even though we QQ and whine and yell and scream, they produced a game that we all still love. So we decided to show our appreciation by giving ArenaNet a gift Guild Wars Style. The above was the result.

I might enjoy giving Anet a hard time about things...
But they did do a good job creating something that keeps me entertained for hours a day...
Also...I love how a lead dev is a pre searing cadet..figured he'd have a custom user class...but I guess if he's only on here this once it's understandable. Got me wondering who this random guy saying he was an anet dev was.

Well, you're welcome, I suppose . A feel-good, kudos type thread is a nice reminder to both sides of the game that we're all in this together, and that even if the community is filled with criticism and the developers strained to the max, Guild Wars is still something we are wildly devoted to.
Merry Christmas, Happy Wintersday, and Happy New Year!
