Side note: NO, most male armors don't "suck".

Ele: I think my favourite is actually a Luxon mix for female. Male: Vabbian.
Dervish: Vabbian
Necro: 1k Lux, Vabbian (if you're more inclined to the dramatic flares), Elite Profane (Female)
Rit: Elite Kurz, Elite Luxon (Also female, I can't be bothered to check the male ones)

its ALL subject to personal opinion and taste!
but here goes with my toons

Female monk, long tyrian hair with canthan face>
elite saintly! classic, clean lines and not overly flashy!! Dyed black.



Male Ranger, tyrian face with Nf short Dreads >
1k tyrian! its old school! and 'functional' looking. Dyed to match the non dyable parts!



Male Mesmer, tyrian face with goatee and canthan floppy hair >
1k tyrian jacket, fow boots and pants! just look on the money Dyed to match the non dyable parts!

Normal/Elite Kurzick for Female Necros, the only one I like for them.

Obsidian for male Eles, Paragons, Dervish and Mesmer.

15k Druid for both female and male Rangers.

Cant find a single one Sin/Rt good looking.

war: Gladiator/15k kurzick (female) and uhm obsi (male)
ranger: elite studded leather/1k lux (female) and monument/norn (male)
monk: labyrinthe (female) and primeval (male)
ele: vabbian all the way
mesmer: elite rogue, hate the pants though (female) monument (male) pirates all the way
necro: vabbian (female) and 15k kurz (male)
para: obsi all the way
derv: elite sunspear (female) and primeval (male)
sin: shing jea black (both) screw leather
ritualist: obsidian/15k exotic (female) and norn (male)

this pretty much is it, though I mainly wear combo's. There's always something I dislike in sets ^^

Elite canthan ranger. More to female than to male though. I also like the Vabbian for pretty much all professions. For para, IMO it's definitely norn. Asura is nice for necro, too.
