I just checked out this Zinns trial, I laughed quite a bit during the trial and after that I spoke to everyone. Several bits that I liked:

The LHC reference from one of the asura.
Someone saying explosions would be better because they are unpredictable or something.
Someone talking about Zinns last words and that they should have been "You'll live to regret this" instead.

You should also speak to everyone before the trial. The dialog is different before and after.

Speak to the NPCs on the platform first, being careful not to stray into the witness area. Once you enter the witness area, the trial begins, and you can wander around speaking to the others while the trial proceeds.

I got a few laughs too, most about the two asuran accusers. there names are from Boston legal(Denny Crane) if I remember it right.

Denn we've met in Rata Sum (Polymock Registration). I don't recall Krayne from any quest or outpost, though.
