Agreed, imo their should be not only different mods, different builds that keep players guessing and would make them more unfarmable. I was saying this in vent a few days ago actually

Still waiting for mob balance. (No infinite energy, super armor, constant fast casting, etc.)
Still waiting for reward balance.
Still waiting for profession balance.
Still waiting for the day when I could deal more than 30 damage in HM after I spent 25 energy and 5 seconds casting a spell.
Still waiting for grouping incentives.

They might as well give every profession their own version of shadow form (pre-nerf) if they don't bother fixing the above.

yeah exactly. PvE skills wouldnt of been needed if HM was better designed and AI was more or less balanced when it comes to mob makeup.

as for the tank reference, maybe a different choice of words was needed. in the days before the triple necro hero build, in some of the higher level missions and areas it was common to have a tank or a front liner that controlled agro while the rest of the party killed stuff. thats kind of what i ment.

On the topic of HM,it's a joke. Only gimmicks (ie 6 heroes, thanks to a 2nd account,spamming discord) survive, with 'hard' simply buffing the stats of enemies up. This isn't wow for god sake.

SW nerf, random skills buffed and nerfed, most retarded pve fixes ever (what I hope will happen is that the new "ha" map will be released, which i doubt since anet is waiting for the population to turn to 0 before they go "Ohh heres your new map") -____-

Triple necro still uses "tanks"...its just that instead of one guy taking all the damage its a bunch of little minions instead.

i'd rather have it they put some actual tought behind a skill update and postpone it till they get it properly instead of the usual cruddy update...

don't think they have the braincapacity to do so... but they're welcome to prove me wrong

I expect a tonne of midline nerfs and very few buffs.
I expect the Empathic smiter will be nerfed (gogo another skill that disables smiting prayers for 20 seconds).
I expect Bsurge to be nerfed, probably increase the recharge and/or energy cost.
I expect Paragons to be nerfed (again).
I expect Ritualists to be nerfed (again), meaning monks will be the only viable flag runners.
In short: I expect the game to be ruined again.

i agree w/ that.. i dont think the newer people( i was jsut about to learn how to farm the uW when it was nerfed) should have to pay for the stupid over farming of he "veteran players".

but, if anythign in pve is nerfed.. im gonan say its going to be discord. I was having a convo with my friend the other day about how OP it was. We were both laughing off NM and almost sleeping in HM. Its very OP but i <3 it so much ( and b/c i <3 it so much it'll probably be nerfed -.-)
