I've updated my ticked again:
Dear GMs
I must persevere on this. Me and some other people are struggling for our accounts as much as possible, but all we get is this cold-hearted responses. I do not wish to brag about it, but I think customer support should be a little bit humane. It is just cruel to terminate one's account without him/her knowing of what he/she was accused of.
Light And Peace (IGN: Slight And Deadly) made a list of (current) three people that were mistakenly banned for botting and includes myself (Empress Dragonheart), him (Slight And Deadly) and another mesmer character. I have also posted my concerns to Gaile Gray's Guild Wars Wiki user page and so has Light And Peace. We both are willing to work with this problem and are trying our best to resolve it. As Light And Peace said: Being a part of collateral damage is just not acceptable. We're working hard on this, so please show us some support.
Light And Peace also posted a link on the Gaile Gray's GWW user page to the Guild Wars Guru thread where the discussion about this is taking place.
Please, we both would want to play Guild Wars again, with as much fun and joy as we played it before we got banned. We would farm much less now, because if a customer gets banned for farming out of nowhere, it is a bit scary to go and try farming again.
Thank you
Rok

Doesn't matter. Light and Rok, we know that this is hard on you guys, but this thread is becoming your personal bitchfest, and that's pretty pointless.
Just update us if something new happens. Telling us that nothing is new isn't.....new.

Isn't that the point of forums? To discuss? Hear out other people's opinions? And also, does it bug anyone?

Well, I don't want this to be a personal bitchfest, and I really want to iron out how innocents get roped in and what their screening methods is or at least have them re-evaluate them as they are getting false positives.
The point of this thread isn't to be a personal bitchfest. My appologies. I really do feel that inappropriate bans should be a general issue and if it has been ongoing for some time, perhaps it's time that they re-evaluate their process.
That's all.
This will be the last post from me for a while, unless something crops up that can be of general use for everyone.
Thanks for you time.

It just happens. Often, Anet just observes and throws out blanket bans. Over the years, I've been caught in 3 accidental bannings. One was in a popular 55 area on my original monk (and I wasn't a 55), one was in Zos Shivros years ago for supposed botting (and I wasn't even the profession that bots there), and one was in JQ in a bot sweep (and it was my first time in JQ).
I was eventually unbanned all three times. The truth is that sometimes Anet would just rather shoot first and ask questions later. They often blanket ban when districts are crowded with bots, and then end up having to undo a few of them.
It just happens.

They won't (and shouldn't) tell us that. Telling us what their methods are would help botters get around those methods.

I think its high time a mod moved in here, changed title to 'Cheaters got caught, QQ' and lock the thread cause its getting ridiculous now.
Nobody cares, nobody has any sympathy. I farm ToPK, I farm nick items, farm the UW/FOW, feathers.. whatever.. I've not been banned. Thousands of other people who farm ToPK haven't been banned, the only people who get banned are those who use third party software, like you. So either go buy a new account and dont cheat this time or just forget about GW, QQing wont solve anything.
Say what ya want to me, I couldn't care less but im only saying what people are thinking.
Peace out bro, im off to play GW

Um....not true....bro.
Actually, I know two or three guys who are quite literally bot farming ToPK right now. Not everyone who bots gets caught, and not everyone who gets caught was botting.
Absolutes are typically idiotic.

As is customary on these forums, I apologize but there's nothing we can do for you. You must take your issue and resolve it through support. Best of luck.
