They Moved the Server and it's Horrible

I know it's not just me, cause I was doing Battle for Lion's Arch, and everyone in the party, all human players, were all having massive lag and constant DC's. When I stand around in town, my ping is fine. Ranging 100-1k at most. But if I try to leave town and do anything (mission, explore, quest, etc), I get massive lag and then DC over and over.
Seems the only thing I can do now ingame is sit in town doing nothing now. It's become an online chat room for me and several others now.

Exactly the same thing a friend of mine and myself are experiencing, guess we know now that we got "hosed". We will be creating a website to inform people what they will do to you after you spend money on GW2.
I'll post some photos of the proof, I have always had a ping below 100 with an occasional spike to 250 but I am getting 2-3k constant now with spikes of 34k+. All info will be included on the website when we get it up and running. We have before and after photos of the server pings before and after this "move".
We went through this before with another game company and we need to give them 7 days to respond to the problem. (We got legal advice last time due to threats) Their legal department will send us a letter that we can't post the screenshots on our website due to copyright infringement, at that time we will refuse to take them down and then they will contact the company that hosts the website and threaten them as well, once that happens we will be forced to remove the screenshots but we will keep them as proof of our claims. But the word will get out to the public, through our website as well as the youtube community. We are still collecting screenshots from others in the game in preparation. Outside of that there is nothing we can do about it, we got "hosed" and have to live with it. Our organization believes we have a responsibility to inform the public of dirty corporate greed, and that is what we intend to do. Good luck all, sorry this happened to so many of us, we can only move forward.

Florida here. Average latency has actually gone down. with the occasional short-lived spike (a few seconds every few hours, tops).

My ping's gone up by around 100-120 ms. RA is completely horrible. Frequent DCs and code 15.
Edit: Played around five 1v0 games today

This lag you speak of doesn't exist, it's all in your head.
You have such little faith in the new servers you're imagining lag and disconnects.

good but where are you from?
Most info we have gotten so far is from the West Coast and Canada with the largest problems. We have screenshots of Oregon, Washington and Canada all similar to the ones I posted. The ones posted are from Washington State home of the original game server.
Florida & Texas and some overseas countries (go figure) are reporting only few to occasional problems. England is reporting big problems though, I know a few from UK on the forums have said they are getting good gameplay but England players in game are reporting bad lag spikes.
Still collecting info on California, Idaho and Montana but so far they are claiming bad lag spikes and totally losing connection with server. Same as Washington, Oregon and Canada.
Unrelated Side Note:
The server is still located in Austin Texas btw, which is exactly where it was before. But the server has no integrity ping can go from 68ms to 35,000+ms. A decrease in bandwidth will give priority to some zones over others, can even shut out some areas completely, seen it many times. 35k/ms is a zero packet flow condition plain and simple.

A lot of people seem to be complaining about high pings. I have had a perfect ping (and by this, I mean my ping is the same as its always been pre-move) ever since the servers went back live so, I can't complain.

OP - Classic kneejerk, OTT, disproportionate reaction. Thanks for the lulz.

I can barely do anything without my GW client freezing. Is anyone else having this problem? GW ran no problem prior to yesterday.

On a more serious note,
My character seems to have a mind of it's own sometimes and it will just wander around even after I let go of my keys or I'll move slightly and it'll just walk/teleport/slide/moon bounce to the other side of the map.
I also keep lagging out on loading screens, I get connecting 0% for about 5 minutes then it gives me error=007.
I think it's requesting that James Bond moves the servers back to their original location.
I'm not happy, it has happened several times in the past hour and before yesterday I've never had this issue or much issue with lag for a long time.
Edit:
RED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GO you Anet.
Jesus christ, it's getting more frequent for me.

Unfortunately pictures mean nothing. It is pretty easy to artificially boost the ping up, then take a screenshot..

From Estonia, have had no lag spikes at all since new servers went up, everything's been as smooth as it can ever be. Ping's been green and rarely orange, and it's still smooth.
