Some people say that the next part is to find his secret garden. Maybe the garden is already ingame since he tells us alot of info about it:

1) Its on an overlook in the mountains
2) He checks the garden whenever he is on mhis way to or from a mission and when he is off-duty
3) Its green place nestled on the side of a mountain near their homeland (Ascalon)
4) This might be a clue too, he talked to Nickolas last time he saw him.

could someone makes a list or directions on how to do this? like do i have to give the items in order? will any sweet do? do i need all the nf feast items?

It's easy, please someone correct me if I am wrong.

Take 3 honeycombs and trade them for candles, you do this in sardalec with necromancer munne.

Then find a drake kebob, either hunt for drake flesh and trade it in in kamadam or buy them.

Find yourself a Birthday cupcake and some applie cider and you are done.

Maybe there's an ebon vanguard rank that triggers him. Haven't tested this though, just something that popped into my head, since they're both in the ebon vanguard.

Latest trigger update: my paragon has only eotn unlocked, has not been to gunnar's hold or anywhere else in eotn. Thackery appeared in HoM when paired up with my warrior (completed eotn) and appears outside eotn after the dialogues.

But my paragon can't interact with thackeray outside eotn, and when she is the only one in the party thackeray doesn't spawn outside eotn any more.

Latest trigger update 2: my warrior (2nd account warrior) is level 19. Thackeray doesn't appear in HoM when paired with a lvl20 char who has completed eotn (he appears fine when the lvl20 char enters alone).

I just turned my warrior lvl20 and all is well

Update 3: my 2nd account warrior only has eotn and gunnar's (1 more outpost than the paragon) and also cannot interact with thackeray outside and does not spawn him when alone.

I tested that too. My dervish is rank 5, my warrior rank 3. I turned in a 10 page book on my mesmer to get rank 3, but still no dialog between Gwen and Thackery in my HoM on that character. My assassin is rank 5 and she doesn't get it either. I'm wondering if it's related to the EOTN wintersday quests, but I only did them on my warrior...

Dang, what's the trigger? Only managed to get him to spawn on 2 chars.

The other four have not completed Eotn entirely, but at least 2 arcs.

If it is really the Wintersday-Quest I'm screwed. Plus that would be pretty stupid... But I think I did that with all my chars last Wintersday.

So what's the trigger? Random Bag requires random conditions I guess

Edit: Both chars had at least People Know me, the others have no Koabd-Title (4 or less maxed titles). Doesn't have something to do with that, does it?

No, I don't think it's the KOABD title either, only my warrior has that.

Edit: And no, it isn't an OBVIOUS conclusion, because there are some people who have gotten the exchange on characters that haven't completed EOTN.

so its only able to do if you finish at least a arch of eotn and finish proph? and you need those items someone on page two listed? and its not repeatable again if one char does it all? and how long will this stay for us? and is their a map on wiki to the shining blade camp?

edit: WTF?! i spawned thackery outside eotn bt munne still wont give me the items i have the honeycombs wht else do i have to do? >>

The wonderful new "shining blade camp" made impossible to vanquish tyria 'cause talmark land not contain any hardmode tasks.

You should do the Rilohn Refuge mission and tag alongside Dejah before she opens the gates. There are three big groups of Drakes along the path she takes. I was getting frustrated hunting earlier since all I could find were annoying Skales. I ended up going into this mission and got a meat chunk the first go around.
