is it just me, or does it seem like if you use >2 keys you get some gold weapons or offhands.

i have just used 1 or 2 at a time, and i have only ever gotten flasks, a few cremes and 1 elite tome

anyone have any thoughts on this?

sometimes it does seem like that, but from what ppl have posted before and in my experience, you could get a gold item from the 1st key that you use.

so, me thinks it's pretty much random.

My tip is if it constantly happens, try opening them with another charac. that usually breaks my streak of those. lol

Ok I finally got my first non-crap drop from the chest with the 1 key I had that a new char opened.
r9 non-insc. mursaat hammer +5e 20% vs undead. I thought they drop insc. weapons.

I would say you still got lucky, most ppl report nonscripts w/o any inherent at all.
