i cna log on but i cant move anywhere. keep getting code=7 or when i try to change code=13 messages

This is a reply from NCsoft Support after I made a ticket about the issue we're having:

It's a generic reply and "soon" is a broad term of course, but at least they're aware & working on it.

Still not working, Europe.

I don't like to whine about minor inconveniences but it would be nice to at the very least have some sort of reply/acknowledgement from Anet staff that they even know of this problem and something is being done to fix it.

...this would not bother me at all but it just happens to be the only evening this week that I have time to spend in GW.

Edit: seems to be working fine now, sorry for the rant etc.

Just managed to log in fine (UK here). I'm guessing it's fixed? Not tried logging into a Guild Hall (as I'm guildless), but Kaineng then travelling to LA was fine.

My thoughts exactly while I was waiting for the servers to work again ^_^ I tried to tell myself it was a self-jinx.

The Europe Servers went down for 2 maybe 3 whole hours, it's really not a big deal. How many months since the servers have been down at all for Guild Wars?
I mean if this was any other game you'd sit at the computer waiting half a day for maintenance to be done every week.

Watch some videos on Youtube or watch a movie, come back and NCSoft/Anet have solved the issue.

But the " Guildpocolypse 2010 " did make me crack a smile, I like it.
