You propably did the same thing as I did... You got there directly after the first quest...
Well you need to rezone HoM and listen to Gwens dialogue.
The "so he survived" dialogue which shows up after the first Keiran mission.
After she tells you to look for more things from him it spawns!

I had a glitch where gwen kept babbling, repeating the dialogue after the first item, went to find item #2, it wasn't there, came back into HoM, then she went through the dialogue once, then went back to the location and item #2 was there. After the second mission, she did the babble glitch again, I went out and went back in, she went through the dialogue once, so now im going to head out and hunt for item #3. I thin the bug is she has to complete her dialogue to advance the story but it loops, you have to get it to not loop. exit and enter the HoM till it stops looping.

I never have any of these problems....maybe you impatient people need to stay and listen to the whole dialogue. Yes, it'll get annoying after a few characters but that's how it works. Better than wasting your time zoning and running over and over.

No, wrong. I've listened to her 2nd dialogue like 20 times now. It won't stop looping.

She was looping her dialogue for me. i did first quest and 2nd item not there. I went back to hall and she isn't speaking at all.

Oh my GOSH, on my 6th time through the full dialogue (yes, I stayed through the whole thing the first time and thought how weird it was that it looped).

This is really crappy. I'm happy about the new content though =/

The only way I have seen that fixed it every time (Limited test results) is the following:

Complete the first quest again. (Getting the 5 war supplies reward).
Make sure gwen is not speaking when you get teleported back. (Do not map out early. Wait the agonizing 15 seconds.)
Head to the location of the emblem. Get quest.

That's the only thing that has worked for those I have spoken with so far. No amount of zoning in and out of the eye has worked to shut up gwen when she is stuck in ramble mode. Just completing the quest to trigger the dialogue over has been the only fix that has worked consistently so far. (Again, limited tries. YMMV.)

Doesn't work for me. I did arrowhead three times and Gwen never stops talking at the end. She's a little lunatic.

So... the update does NOT solve repeating Gwen issue. Can someone who's had this problem tell me if the next item shows anyway?

Switching HoM to character-based, leaving HoM and entering it again helped me.

nope nothing. ive tried everything and still no 2nd item. i now have issues with my rainow pheonix not showing up in hom and gwen still repeats herself
