tried to get to my gh (in a europe guild) and got error code 013 from korean embark but i could get to an alli guild its american. and i had 2 lag freezes while farming in nf for nic. >> and one last night. but this was in korean dis and im on a aed service.

AE is fine, but when I log into a guildhall char I error out. Europe based. Time to go to bed I guess

Can't log past character screen (40's, 007's); was in Asia dist when I last logged out and am US California based. Not confined to Europe anymore, it seems.

Unable to load any euro pvp outpost or my GH (european). Code=040 after a few mins. No problems with SJM euro districts though

@ Stéphane: I'm sure you're all doing your best to get the situation under control. Will wait patiently in the meantime; Arenanet has always struck me as top notch people, and I know you all will get this fixed as fast as possible.

edit: got back in but im laggy. *cross fingers* lets hope i can get to nic safely

edit two: had to switch to aed dis get it since i lag froze in korean and couldnt even move around in aed dis much without lagging. this is getting way silly

edit three: i cant even more around much without lag freezie. >> i tried different districts cant even get to 9 rings.

Though I understand your question, I don't think they can give you that. 95% off the time it is all bout finding the problem. When found it is mostly a solution to reboot router x or flipp a switch to make it right again.

Thanks again everyone for your patience. Our engineers did operate a few changes to accommodate for network problems that were outside of our control. These changes seemed to have fixed the issue.

Same here in spain, got kicked while fighting dhuum... reconnected after 10 minutes, disconnected again. Hope they fix it soon.

Had the same errors early this morning 5-5-2011, code 040 004 and some one else on the HA team 007. This effected most of a 6 man team.

fixed it?! yeah right! since its so laggy in sjm in korean dis i moved to europe to do 9 rings and back to korean for other stuff. this time i forgot to switch back so while i switched to another girl to try to to emback i got code 013...now im stuck in europe and i cant get back into the game! nice job. and im still on a american server too. ill keep trying to get back on but really gods man this is getting silly.

I thought this was fixed? I've been experiencing errors all day now. Errors 007, 34,40,13... etc.
