I went in the Game at this moment to confirm it.
I never saw this tree before, may have added after the festivals Winter/Halloween or after they added the extra chest. It is floating... Sylvari spy from the future? |

From the older screenshot, I suppose I've just not noticed the tree before, because usually that area's covered in people/nametags.
After last night's update, all the idlers were presumably still in the old version, so Kamadan was a lot less crowded than usual. I guess this is why I noticed it. Does it look a bit like an Iboga to anyone else? |

Dudes, the tree was always there from the starts. People just tend to ignore it since its ugly and stright away on chest.

In that corner there's also Dhuum, a squadron of Ash Legion Charr who got lost, and a baby elephant. But due to always being filled with traders, nobody ever notices!
Plus, they integrated well, the Charr are repairing shoes, Dhuum is selling Elonian flatbread and the baby elephant is giving rides to little kids and minis. I talked to a couple of the Charrs, they shrugged and said it's an honest living.
