Does change forms In LA American Dist 1 there is a destroyer of flesh now.

I would add rumors about a rurik with toggle function. According to John Stumme's Interview there is an rurik-tonic!

My understanding is that a Rurik tonic exists and does change forms between his human and corrupt self.
