Yes, i'm as well interesting to know more about this. Actually, i'm pretty sure i will manage to reach #15-20 alone, but the problem i noticed is that a big part of the ladder is about the same 8 humans, and it would really be unfair that all of them get a price for each rank...

The prize for Top 100 should be a mini Gumdrop. You know, Mad King Thorn's Invisible Pony Summon. That would be the most legit mini ever. Only thing you can see is the Pet icon in your inventory.

+10 ToT and +5 Gamer Points per run guaranteed now. This means that the rewards are a LOT better. Easy ~300 ToT or more per hour now.
