You're either going to face dervishes, split, or AP spike since flag push builds like RNE are at a severe disadvantage due to flux. You want as much armor as possible against those three builds (except when actually on split, then you could argue that you DO want to be holding stuff to cause snares, iop, and condis to end quicker)

It should be effective with WW, reducing the hex to 2 second. Basically same reason why WW is so effective against bosses with innate half hex duration.
