Sounds dumb. Slowing flaggers probably wont be a viable strategy without body blocking and it really seems like it was implemented with only snowballs in mind (assuming this effect counts for holiday arenas).

Minion Apocalypse counted for Costume Brawl, so I assume it will be no different here.

Holy RED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GOing hell, this will teach me to not miss the Flux discussion next time a festival arena comes around. This is going to warp Snowball in ridiculous ways.

The only thing I can muster an idea over is an overwhelming wave of Destructive Was Glaive (DwG) bots attempting to bombard Jade Quarry.

Better yet, maybe Mighty Was Vorizun will be Elmira loved.

So basically it's just a not-allowed-to-push-flaggers month. Which means dervspike and AP spike are AGAIN going to have the advantage over balanced (whatever that means in 2k11) builds.

zzz.

Item spells needed a buff. But here's the question; does using an item spell purely for the flux more beneficial than 4040 set?

No, most items spells are pure garbage.

Kurzicks gonna love this flux. Free 25% speed boost while carrying amber and kurzick monks gonna love it even more. 33% hex dur reduction with 25% speed while preserving amber for green repair.

Exactly my point... In fact, i don't really get the point of it as it's also going to make relic run in hall of heroes map a complete joke ( i.e free win for blue in 1v1, as red way is stucked anyway and 3v3 entirely on luck...) and aswell lead to some joke situations in Snowball especially...

I may be wrong but aren't the presents in Snowball not bundles (i.e. they slow you down, unlike Kaolai ashes for example) and so won't be affected by the flux?

Seems like a rather meaningless flux to me otherwise.

Why not take advantage of the reduced hex durations?

Wastrel's Worry @14
(2 seconds.) End effect: causes 95 damage to target and adjacent foes. No effect and ends early if target foe uses a skill.

Enduring Toxin @14
(3 seconds.) Causes -5 Health degeneration. Renewal: if target foe is moving when this hex ends.

Lightning Surge @14
(2 seconds.) End effect: deals 94 lightning damage and causes knock-down.

Shatterstone @14
(2 seconds.) Initial effect: deals 95 cold damage. End effect: deals 95 cold damage.
