But if someone needed a run through that area, they wouldn't have progressed enough to trigger the dialogue, so you don't need to worry about your customers.
However, they're packing Signet of Disenchantment, Wild Blow, Shock, and a bevy of other skills that'll give you headaches.

Oh yeah that is true that's 1 thing I won't have to worry about now lol. But yeah it was hard running my warrior through some of the areas with white mantle and peacekeepers because I still needed little pieces for my cartographer title and yeah they hit me hard.

As to the PuG situation...none of the content is hard enough that a Prophecies-only character could reasonably be kicked from a group. This isn't the DoA here. Any PuG that would kick someone for that, isn't worth playing with in the first place.
To be fair though, you raise a point that I'd never considered before, and I hope it doesn't become an issue.

Did you use anything not found in Prophecies when you vanquished Kryta with henchmen?
Thanks to the new WiK content vanquishing is not the only reason anymore to go back there again. And I think it is weird that without "none Prophecies" stuff NM is harder than HM.

So everyone in a group needs to have progressed in the dialogue far enough for the White Mantle to appear?

* Vanquishing areas with new mobs if fun. Besides, you get free competent ally that self-reses. I actually like that that, for example, kessex peak boring nightmares-pods-stalker entrance got replaced with interesting mobs.
* If you want to farm old spawns, make farmer character that will not have completed proph/eotn. It is fast and easy.
* I really hope this is permanent content. It would be huge waste to turn it off and there is no reason not to keep it on.

Oh I really hope this is permanent at least until gw2 I don't want this content to only be around only a month or 2 that would be a real waste.

I love the new spawns. After completing each campaign a dozen times, vanquishing everything and title grinding I found that I was ignoring that whole section of Prophesies. The white mantle have given me a reason to get back in there.
I've run through all the areas and didn't find the WM had much of an impact.
Dust drops in a lot of places. Try farming elsewhere.
If you can't vanquish those areas with H/H you might want to go back to basics. Stop relying on PuGs and see what you can do by yourself. ONce you can H/H it, you'll actually have something to offer a PuG.
If nothing else works, pen a sharply worded letter to the White Mantle outlining how the war is a terrible inconvinience and ask them to stop.

Yes.
I pugged the bounty from ToA the other day, early on when everyone thought that the boss was sharing a spawn point near ToA instead of over by Kessex, so we had several attempts at making the boss spawn. A couple of guys (not including the party leader) quit after the first three tries and were replaced by new people, and suddenly the peacekeepers weren't there any more. When they left and were re-replaced, the peacekeepers came back.
IE One person in the party not having done enough of the WiK dialogues makes the whole group fail.

Kryta is balanced for a party of 6, even in HM. You can chain vanquish the entire place from ToA (except for Watchtower Coast) with 8 people. This makes the area significantly easier. Combined with the random allies it's actually quite easy and fun to vanquish. Just avoid the first spawn with the tonnes of Peacekeepers, those spawns are crazy difficult to vanquish normally, with huge mobs in one place.

Point of order A-Net has the right to right to change and or manipulate the spawns on maps as they see fit without taking into consideration the impact on activities such as farming, to that end I suggest adapting and finding new places to farm.
You have new things to kill new greens stop complaining at least things are being added

One of my biggest concerns is the vanquishing in HM. Considering that the Peacekeepers and White Mantle have well-rounded skills and usually appear in groups of 5-8, vanquishing the Krytan areas is more pain in the ass. Although this is compensated with allies spawning at the portals when you enter the explorable area, you still won't have enough firepower to fight the Peacekeepers and White Mantle. If you ever want to do vanquishing whatsoever in Kryta, you must do so BEFORE finishing up Eye of the North or Prophecies campaign.

That's completely untrue. I did all of my Krytan vanquishing after the White Mantle update, and I've had a grand time. The mobs aren't enormous, most of them are three or four men strong. They only look huge because of the pets and minions. The areas are balanced for a six-man party, and you get the free ally. Go out and do a vanquish; I guarantee that as long as you aren't terrible, you'll have a good time. Think of it like a player new to hard mode: He doesn't know what to expect, he's heard bad things, he's a little apprehensive until he goes out and does it.
To be fair, Kashrlyyk brings up a good point; that the mantle spawns are easier in HM because of the buffed henchman levels. However; they only spawn after a character has completed the campaign, they spawn only in completely optional areas (the storyline jumps you from outpost to outpost in Kryta), and anyone who's gotten to the point where they can beat Prophecies with only Henchmen will have zero problems with the Peacekeepers.
Will fights last longer than if they had access to heroes? of course, but so does every fight. The Peacekeepers are not scary. They just have better skillbars than the monsters we're all used to, and that plus the variant skillbars means you have to think on your toes just a touch more than normal. It's Kryta, not the Domain of Anguish.
I really, really hope that more areas get this kind of makeover, or that this is what we have to look forward to in GW2.

Hmmph
I think I take back my original suggestion - what happened was as I ran through black curtain and kessex I noticed all the minotaurs were missing and knowing that at one point Nick wanted forest minotaur horns (which can only be found in Kryta) and since Anet said Nick would at some point cycle through the items he was asking for again, I became concerned that we had two mutually exclusive activities.
However, looking more carefully, minotaur horns are the only item that will be affected as long as WiK does not branch out beyond the present locations. (other things for Nick so far and new year items like the half eaten blobs are easy to get other places)
so, new suggestion, we don't need to have a way to turn off the peacekeepers spawns, leave em (cause they are a lot more fun to kill than the original mobs) and program Nick so he never ever wants forest minotaur horns.

why are you so worried about nick??? he is a VERY small part of this game. I am just amazed that we get "good" new content for once and instead of enjoying it, people are complaining about nick items and minor farming builds... Really?? will your life be that much affected cause you wont beable to get your 5 gifts this week or you can't farm dust in this one area??
also he wont be asking for those horns for another 2 years (if all collectable items are being use) so whats the problem??

If you're so concerned about Minotaur Horns, go farm them in the Talmark Wilderness. There are still herds of them out there.
