I just trashed a stack of Myst Tonics, tried to sell them, no interested buyer.

I have little patience when trying to sell something.

(wich reminds me, everytime from now on when i get bunny or myst. tonics from GotT i shall trash them immediatly.)

Today I decided to try the new challenge mission, Scarred Psyche. I didn't read anything on it, was stood next to the NPC so thought 'why not'.

So I entered, started killing things, not really paying much attention. Started to browse the web because I was getting bored. I noticed that 20 mins had passed by on the counter so i thought I'd check the wiki to see how long I had to kill the measly waves for.....

/facepalm.

Guess it teaches me to either pay attention to dialogue or check wiki for new things :P

Some guy imediately pops in to buy 5, as I'm reposting to sell the remaining 10 I realize that 72/3 = 24e NOT 14e. Just lost 10e in that first transaction.... :facepalm:

The stupidest thing I did so far was that once when I was about to NPC every drop in my inventory, I somehow accidently checked my equipped items and sold them one by one. Then I realized that my character was naked with no weapon <_< Well, I was a noob (still am to an extent) but at least I have learnt from that xD (Now I always check out what is checked and not) A cheap lesson luckily.

Obtaining all titles and HoM related stuff on my Ritualist which I never really liked playing.
I regret not getting it on my Assassin and cba to go through all of the title hunting again.

I sooo love doing SC's it's totally my style yet it's my least used character because of the above reasons.

back when nightfall just came out and heroes were a completely new concept, i was still in my fledging stages and i asked a fellow guildie for help with ruins of surmia

he brought along (what i thought were) his "friend".. named Master of Whispers.

i was intrigued by his armor because i never saw any necro armors like his, so i go "master of whispers, what armor is that?"
..no response (not even by my fellow guildie lol)
i ask again "what armor is that??"
..no response

i concluded that Master of Whispers is probably someone who didn't speak english.

........... embarrassment is an understatement here lol

Lol, that's pretty funny. I've done a good few dumb things in my time playing this game, and I don't mean just merching some gold. One thing that still makes me cringe was something I did near where I first started playing, around 2006. This is something I'm not proud of :'(.

I was playing with my friend's cousin, who told me that he had met a 'mod', called Mod Hayes or something like that, and told me that this 'mod' had made him one, who then made his mod character. I got really excited, and being 12, begged him to make me one. He said he did, and me and my friend's cousin went around with our mod characters feeling like goddamn badasses.

We thought we had super mod powers as well, and went around /banning and /kicking whoever annoyed us (which obviously did nothing). Like a week later I sent an email (it gets worse) to Anet asking if I actually was a mod. Over a year later I got a reply. By then I had realized how dumb I was, and reading the email, I could basically tell how stupid the Anet employee thought I was. Very embarrassing to say the least, but it was the first online game I'd played

Another thing I did was when I was in charge of a pretty large guild. I honestly have no idea why I did this other than being a goddamn idiot, but I made a guy who hadn't been active in 3 months the leader. Not long at all after, basically everyone left, myself included. Really annoying, it had a guild hall with some services added aswell
