Traded a Q8 15^50 mursaat hammer (best drop I have ever gotten and will probably ever get) for a mini bone dragon by the time minis had just released... I knew my hammer was worth a lot, just... it was worth a little more than I though :/
At least I got to place the mini in my HoM

5.) Attempting to VQ in the realm of torment
6.) Dancing in front of Abbadon before I knew what actually happened
7.) Going into RA/AB/FA naked [Fun]
8.) VQ a decent amount of snake's dance NM
9.) Salvage elite armor thinking it wouldn't break
10.) Deleting one of my characters that had valuables on him
11.) [Edit] Oh and not using quick map traveling when new
12.) Killing flesh golems in FA

Yeah that reminds me of my ranger. She has 750,765 xp on the survivor title.

I was trying out some stuff with a guildie on the Isle of the Nameless and forgot that I was playing on my survivor character.

Lost survivor due to the Student of Burning.

Having finally scraped together enough war supplies for an oppressor weapon, I went charging over to the collector for my shiny new energy storage staff, scrolled through the list and double clicked the first ele two-hander beginning with e... e for earth magic, as it turned out.

While failing to read a whole word or even predict that ‘a’ comes before ‘n’ in the alphabet is pretty bad, my crowning (in)glory was when I then did the exact same thing for my destroyer weapon the next day.

Most recent dumb thing -- failing 3 times to skill cap Assassin's Promise from Xuekao, the Deceptive, in Pongmei Valley.

1st time: Made sure I bought a Signet of Capture, killed boss, but zoned out before actually capping elite skill.

2nd time: Killed boss but realized I forgot to switch secondary profession to Assassin before heading out.

3rd time: Capped AP but zoned out (to Maatu Keep) mere milliseconds after seeing Assassin's Promise replacing the Signet of Capture icon on my skillbar. When I arrived in town, AP reverted back to SoC. (WTF I am thinking to myself. LOL)

4th time: Successfully capped AP (of course I waited a good 3-4 second duration before zoning out :-)

Not so dumb considering most of us who started playing GW back in April-May '05 did pretty much the same thing. LOL. I think it wasn't until later that summer when the price of Black and Silver dye skyrocketed to something like 15K (BK) and 7-8K (Svr).

I'll add my name to the list of people who deleted 2005 pumpkin hats before the hat npc was added to the game.

I never did get that axe back. Granted, it *was* taking up valuable space in my inventory. Wasn't showing off (it's not that rare anyways afaik)- I'd just dropped it to make room to salvage something :P

Oh, almost forgot- back when we first started playing in 05, my friend spend a couple hours farming mobs in pre-searing to save up enough gold to pay for a guild cape before we figured out we were in the tutorial zone. Those were the days.

yeah thats rough...I think whenever I was an asshole to someone was a mistake. Most games frustrate me a lot so I tend to take it out on people in the game. Not a great idea cause, a lot of people in this game are really nice people, but I tend to just get pissed at em before I even know em. Real shame...

Other ingame dumb things I did was get nervous after i bought a Naga Raincaller with every single bit of cash I had. Sold it as quick as I could with little profit. Next month they had jumped 100%...Was a poor choice but I learned.
