I don't understand the question. Summon Spirits(Luxon) is skill #8. I don't have the Kurzick version of the skill on any character on my account.

If you are asking "Why do you need to use Summon Spirits?", then that is a more understandable question. The answer is because I drop the trap for an AoE blind, then activate spirit(s) on top of it, back up, trap, and I then use Summon Spirits to pull the spirits on top of my trap to AoE blind melee again. I'm not a huge fan of Shadowsong. Summon Spirits can also be used in a variety of different ways.

I use summon spirits to heal the spirits as well. They last a bit longer, which gives me more time for skill recharge/energy regen. It also allows me pull them out of wells of anguish.

Your probably thinking of Painful Bond next to it, he only has one.

However, i used a similier build, just standard spirit spam, got 10 in 15 mins.

Got the usual stuff using my permassin.
Only thing worth it was another IDS that makes 3 he has given me since he
started and another damn keg of ale that make one a week I always get.
I'll be giving them to Guildies as usual.
Also got 4 lockpicks guess that makes up for the weekend when i got 1 lol

Could be my mistake although I don't see how that happened. I copy and paste onto my Notebook before typing the alphabets onto my "Manage Templates" window. I got 2 summon spirits one being the Luxon skill and the other "Draw Spirits" which is slightly similar.

You must have typo'd - did you know that Ctrl+V can paste text into your "Manage Templates" window, rather than typing the string in manually?

This was one of the easiest farms yet.

Got all 30 crests I needed in 2 1/4 runs with sliver perma-sin.

For those slivering this, the only things that can go through SF is the well of suffering and signet of sorrow from the darks. Take them out first and then get away from their body immediately if there was another dark in the area. For some reason, they refuse to use the signet unless they have first used well of suffering so staying away from dead bodies means no damage.

If you are having trouble getting sliver to target them, take along a damage like brawling headbutt, ear bite or low blow. With Ural's hammer and Ebon standard one of those skills and your daggers are plenty to take out the one or two darks you will encounter at a time without slowing you down too much.

Well, these are not dropping badly at all. I did 5 runs to get my 63. I experimented solo, with 4 (me + 3 heroes) and 2 (me and 1 hero).
Solo was the best drops. In the party of 4, I only got 5 in that run. So, the other solo runs were all much (10+) better.

On my last haul of gifts, I finally got a moss spider egg, a few swords again, a few kegs and some of the other arb items. No pets though - I want another mini darnit!

On my primary account, my necro got enough Quetzal Crests in one solo run, but got the usual blah blah gifts in return. My rit on my secondary account took two solo runs to get enough Crests but got a Traveler's Walking Stick.
